The attached restaurant is a favorite of my daughters for their gluten free menu. The shuttle to Mayo Clinic was much nicer than walking the tunnel system! Loved that breakfast was included and I did not have to pay for parking as well.

We stayed in one of the oldest detached buildings and would not choose this option again. While it was a comfortable bed and the room looked clean, it smelled musty and was outdated. The air conditioner was not actually in the bedroom. There was an exhaust looking fan in the wall that was noisy and the only way to blow the cold air from the living room into the bedroom. We were also up on the 3rd floor farthest from the elevator and found it be difficult to access the room easily.

Well. First thing no remote for first TV. Went to call front desk telephone not working in both areas. To tired so set ice maker while took a nap. Got up to few ice cubes and a sheet of frozen ice in bottom of tray with ice cubes trapped in top. When went to eat stopped at front desk to report problems. Maintained came about hour or so later with remote and fixed one phone and told about ice maker. Both employees very nice. And this kinda piddly but could you have matching dishes. I guess for $189 I would expect better. Room 940. I wasn’t gonna say anything but needs to be fixed for next person. Any chance of compensation?? Sherrie Wilken

I especially appreciated the free shuttle service. I was in Rochester to help my son after he broke his ankle and being able to get to a grocery store, Mayo Clinic and the airport was a huge help. All of the shuttle drivers were very friendly and provided helpful information. The room was quite large with a microwave, refrigerator and hot pot. I did not eat at the restaurant on site so I cannot review that. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the downtown area.

The breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing special with paper plates and plastic utensils.

Convenient to Mayo for our appointments. Good variety with a hot breakfast. On-demand shuttle, although a quick 8 minute walk from Mayo. Free parking. Friendly desk staff, allowed late check-out, if needed. . Twigs restaurant is convenient, on-site, and has a large menu with delicious entrees. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient stay.

Staff was great we stayed here because of how close it was to mayo and they allowed us fo leave car and go back and forth to mayo for free with the shuttle. We had a last minute cancelation of a babysitter and they allowed our youngest daughter to stay with us place was perfect size! We will stay again

I didn't like that in the bathroom of the pool we weren't able to shut the main door so anyone could see you change in the locker room part of bathroom and it was hard to find a parking spot

Loved that the shuttle went anywhere requested within 2 miles. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts offered at hotels, had eggs/omelets, sausage, and pancakes daily from attached Twig restaurant kitchen, plus an assortment of pastries, and cereal. Had a nice pool/hot tub with attached arcade for kiddos. Did not use the fitness center but they did offer free printing from the business center (it's just one computer/printer). It was pet friendly.

The carpet was old, the rooms were dated (would rather see updated rooms than extravagant lobby), a smell filled the room whenever the fan turned on and smelled like sweaty people. There was no ketchup for the scrambled eggs.

Clean, the shuttle to Mayo Clinic was super convenient and Twigs Restaurant was amazing!

We originally booked the Queen suite which we did not know wasn’t in the main tower. It was difficult to navigate, poorly air conditioned and smelled musty, We immediately asked for a two queen room and were moved. This was poorly advertised on the site.

Bteakfast bar sstisfactory. Self-serve not do good. Choicrs pretty extendsve- if highly caloric--breads and sweets. Hot water tepid. Hot cakes/waffles requred microwave-not good. Fruit and oatmeal okay. Juice options good. Hotter food and a little staff might improve ambience. The shuttle bus is fabulous and that it us on call is remarksble. Sensitivity to needs of viislitng patients is outstanding. Have stsyed at the hotel before and will sgain. Shuttle drivers excellent and engaging. The ability to leave one's car after checkout to go to appointments snd return to retrieve the car to go home is amazibgly thoughtful. Rooms fully outfittrd. My traveling companion noted the grenerous number of drawers. Beds lovely.

The breakfast bar--but that it is included makes the hotel a wonderful value.

We love staying in the main hotel. The attached Twigs restaurant is always delicious, the shuttle is super convenient, the rooms are quiet and the parking is free! This was our 3rd stay here for Mayo visits and I love being able to park when I check in and then not have to drive again until I check out.

Great service, great staff, positive vibe. The Twigs Restaurant & the staff there are fantastic. Really enjoyed the bartenders & fellow restaurant customers. Good food, Cheers-like homey atmosphere. Shuttle to the Mayo is super easy & free.

Decor is a little dated, but who cares when everything else is great.
