The service was exceptional and everyone was amazing

I was not happy with my room keys as they did not work multiple times which resulted in my injured wife to get out of bed. Also I was in room 403 and it shared a wall with some kind of machinery running on the other side of the wall that you could always hear it running and feel it vibrating through the wall. As I said previously we have no other complaints and the staff was amazing.

The location was perfect, walking distance to St. Mary's Hospital, restaurants, and a grocery store. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. The breakfast staff do a great job.

The tub in our room did not drain. This was fixed the next day. There was a bit of an off putting smell in the bathroom. The clerk said it was related to cleaning the drains.

Our room was a great size for our family, even had a sleeper sofa which I wasn't aware of so no one had to sleep on an air mattress. In previous hotels no one came in for turn down, so again we weren't expecting it and it was nice! Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly.

The only disappointment during our stay was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We don't stay in hotels often, so when we do we make sure there is a pool for our kids to enjoy. Sadly, we weren't able to this time.

The location to organic groceries and restaurants. Jersey Jo's and Canadian Honkers. I liked the beds and breakfast is great.

There were Skittles under the heater. The toilet in 422 runs. I.forgot to tell the desk. It doesn't run often maid may not know

The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. Not one complaint they were awesome!!! Appreciate your staff!

We found dirty clothes on the floor , under the pullout sofa, when we got it ready for the night.

Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Pool was closed, and I ask for our rooms to be close and they ended up being on two completely different floors.

Location was convenient, hotel was very clean, workout room was stocked with clean towels

The temperature in the fitness room was too warm.

The trip was a medical one, to Mayo - StMary's. This hotel is perfectly located nearby, and has a shuttle that connects nicely to all parts of Mayo.

Some breakfast hot items were not high quality, but there were plenty of options available.

It was ok. Different variety every day we were there. Fascinated by the pancake machine!

Nothing, it was perfect for us!

Friendliness & willingness to go above & beyond. shuttle to Mayo very helpful. Beds & Pillows soft & comfy. Eating places & mini mall close by.

Could use better signage to find. went by it the first time then try & get turned around on busy highway.
