Hard to find a place for cpap machine, need a wall outlet or quality surge protector and table together next to beds. Road noise can be quite loud.

The location to Mayo Clinic was perfect. Beds were comfortable & clean. Fitness room was a little larger than most & breakfast was appreciated because of their selection, especially with some healthy options.

We liked everything with the exception of the room charge hanging on my debit card for a week. We used my husband's credit card instead, so I expected my charge to dissipate quicker.

Clean room and facilities, comfy bed and pillows. Staff were efficient and friendly. The swimming pool is quite small but usable if you're a swimmer. WiFi was snappy and reliable.

The one real cringe-worthy: They provide Fiji water bottles in the room - but don't use them! They will charge you $3.50 EACH for the water. This is a not very welcoming gesture. Suggestion: Get Costco Kirkland water bottles and offer them for FREE. Especially since the water out of the tap is a little funky tasting.

The breakfast was good. I couldn't eat much as I had medical tests upcoming. I was disappointed when I discovered a burned out light bulb and I couldn't get it replaced that night. the room could have used better lighting. The room was nice and the area was okay, a little further from the Mayo Clinic than I had hoped, but still a nice facility. I will seriously consider staying there again.

Located close to Mayo campus. Plenty to do and eat in a short driving distance (not a really walk-friendly area). Price was not crazy, but by no means cheap. Felt new and importantly was overall very clean. Good hours on the continental breakfast.

Small pool. Shaky elevator when going to 4th floor. The room AC/heating unit was quite noisy (rattly) until we pushed something against it, then wasn't noticeable.

Staff is welcoming and attentive. We've been here often, so it feels like we're almost visiting family. They go above and beyond other hotels to make us feel welcome. Love the hot breakfast! So many oatmeal toppings! Is there nonstick spray for the waffles? If so, I didn't see it. Also, love the little store by the front desk to get those things we forgot. On-site laundry room was a blessing. Location is perfect if you are going to the Mayo clinic facilities. Oh, and Olive Garden and Dennys are right next door! 10 ⭐ !!!!

Room was a little chilly, but probably our fault for not understanding the climate controls. I like it cooler for sleeping anyway, but my husband is from Mississippi, and he always asks for extra blankets. Staff is prompt and willing to provide them.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and modern, super convenient location, free parking, great hot breakfast. Staff were really kind and accommodating. This became our 'splurge' place to stay when visiting Mayo clinic.

For some reason, I could never get the wifi to work. But it wasn't a problem for us because we were mostly just there to sleep.

It was convent for us and close to our favorite eating places.

We were done from appointment and had prepaid for 3 nights but would have to come back for surgery so we wanted a refund for the third night. So far we haven't heard from Booking. The motel had checked us out for 2 nights. We would like our refund.

Good location and although next to a busy highway relatively quiet. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean given it was designated as a pet friendly room. Shower was one of the best designed showers I’ve come across.

Would have liked a designated pet walking space with poop bags.

It was very clean. I loved that the breakfast was available at such a wide range of times, from 5:30-9:30 which accommodated my Mayo appt times. The shuttle to the Mayo was great.

If there was anything to complain about, it would be that there was no hot tub in the pool area. And maybe the breakfast food could use some updating. The cheese egg omelets are a great idea, but the cheese whiz for the filling was not great.
