Location was perfect since we needed to be near the mayo clinic.. Breakfast was acceptable and I loved that they had it longer than average. I don't get up early so it was nice to get up little later than 6am and still get something to eat.

It's a little noisy since its at a main intersection but that is acceptable. Restaurant was a little expensive but it did have good food.

Staff was very friendly. We arrived atb10pm after driving for 7 hours and they kept the pool open late for us. We were having troubles with our TV and the staff came up at midnight and fixed it 😀

The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. The apple juice was only water. There wasn't much of a selection for breakfast. Other then that our stAy was excellent.

The location was good, nice to have a restaurant attached and got a 15 % discount. Was relaxing.

The only thing I noticed was from their recent remodel, there was areas in the bathroom, where there were droplets of paint on the toilet, floor, which doesn't bother but affects the appearance of being sloppy. Overall, the stay was good. the bkft in the morning is just a grab and go, muffins, donuts, cereal, etc.

Everyone was so friendly. I liked that they had a shuttle to Mayo Clinic, so I didn't have to mess with traffic and parking ramps. Kids enjoyed pools and the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious.

Wasn't able to use the vending machines on the 4th floor. Not a big deal though.

The staff was very helpful. I had left my wallet behind and worked with Alex to get the issue resolved. Alex went above and beyond to help me out. He should be recognized!! Shuttle service was excellent. Drivers were very funny.

we coundn't use the Pool on Sunday am as the pool door was locked with no signage to inform us as to the status. also in our room there was no posted information about emergency exits, or information about other services available in the facility.

I had to wait to register because there was no person behind the counter for quite some time. Don’t know about you but being on the road for hours, waiting to register is not appreciated.

breakfast was good. Had all we needed to start our day. sausage and eggs were hot and delicious. we had appointments at Mayo Clinic and hopped the shuttle bus to and from.

Never had breakfast ,had early app. each day no chance for breakfast . Did have danish coffee which was good.
