good price, comfortable beds. Simple place if you just need a place to sleep.

As the reviews say... the bathroom towels are terrible. I read those reviews and thought how bad could they be...? they are laughably poor quality. Bathroom was a big dirty as well. But I guess you get what you pay for.

There two things that helped with this property. First the hotel staff were wonderful, especially Roy . He was as friendly and helpful as possible. The second, this facility still looks modern and new, since it’s only 4 years old

The Amenities were all very cheap or non existent. No tissues No bar soap to wash your hands and that dispenser for liquid soap was empty The cheapest toilet paper ever possible. Very cheap small thin towels. No Breakfast and for this price it is usually provided .

The location was good. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. Parking was not a problem, although I wondered why we would have to pay for parking - it was a very basic hotel NOT in the middle of a city. TV didn't have much selection but we were just there to sleep and go on.

I thought there was a breakfast included. Nope. Just a small coffee maker with only coffee available. They need to teach their staff to smile. The lady checking me in was barely civil, and the one checking me out never smiled or asked how things were in the room, etc. which is common at any places we have stayed.

I enjoyed this propoerty, sited right off the highway and a couple exits from shopping,, dining, and gas. Straight shot down the street to Memphis suburbs. I had no problem parking near the entrance. The hotel itself appears to be recently renovated. There was a snack pantry in the lobby. The room was spacious, clean, contained fridge and microwave.

I would have loved a breakfast option. Front desk said nothing about breakfast so I assumed there wasnt breakfast. I didnt come down to check. When I checked out, I didnt see any evidence that there had been breakfast.

Amazing experience! The check-in experience was outstanding and a HUGE thanks to Krista who was amazing and is a huge credit to the team! She had such an upbeat personality and couldn't help enough with help and advice and made the check-in very fast. The room was very spacious, very comfortable and the bathroom had a nice bath and shower. Surrounding area was good too, with a general store in walking distance and a US post office over the road, along with other stores.

Breakfast could have had its own area, rather than a bag to go. However, the content was passable. The sound from people in the corridor was loud, so don't know if it's possible to soundproof the doors somehow, as most guests don't care about others. Anyone staying who is a light sleeper, needs some ear plugs just incase. But we only found this bad when people were going to bed and the early starters at 5am. But all of this shouldn't put you off from staying.

Everything about our stay here was amazing!! The hotel is very clean and homey, and the staff is on point. The power went out due to a summer storm at about 5 a.m., and Nikki stepped up to the plate to make me forget we were sitting in the dark. If you ever need a place to stay near Memphis, this hotel is worth the extra few minutes of drive time to get to the city!!

Honestly, I thought I was going to be disappointed about the lack of a hot breakfast, but the sack breakfast they offered hit the spot! Who doesn't love hostess doughnuts, granola bars, and a cup of mandarin oranges. It was a great start to a great day!!

Clean! The room was quite spacious and very clean. It had a fridge and a microwave, as well as the coffee maker. The bed was comfortable! There was a large vanity area in the bathroom so there was plenty of room to put all your stuff. They gave us a bag breakfast which consisted of a cup of mandarin orange slices, powdered donuts, a couple of breakfast bars, and a bottle of water. Some folks may complain that there wasn't a hot breakfast option, but we thought of it as a bonus. We ate the oranges and took the rest for snacks on the plane. You could always go out to breakfast if you wanted something hot, and no hot breakfast at the hotel helps keeps the price down I'm sure. We would most definitely stay there again!

The only thing we didn't like were the towels. Some of them were good, but some of them were like rags. They were clean, and did the trick, but it is definitely time for them to invest in some new towels.

Location. We were traveling for a funeral, and it was right down the road from the funeral home. Decent price throughout booking. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

My daughter forgot her toothbrush. I called the front desk, and they said they had run out. There was a Dollar General very close by, so it worked out okay. Also our room did not have any extra toilet paper, only what was on the roll. I do believe they could provide better towels.

Price, location, quality of facilities.

Front desk was a little cold and abrupt when I told her that earlier in the day when I made the reservation I had requested first floor and they had agreed. When I checked in early evening, front desk gave me 2nd floor and I mentioned my earlier conversation. She became a little cold and annoyed but she did agree to inquire and was able to put me on the 1st floor. If the roles were reversed, I would have not gotten cold or irritated but rather just tried to help the guest. Not a big deal - just an observation.

called informed cleaner didn’t make the bed she was sent up to do so and stated that she had 16 rooms to clean and wasn’t about to tuck the sheets in all the rooms. Also didn’t clean the restroom at all the bathtub, counters, fridge, nothing! I was there for work and was in a rush to get ready and noticed also no iron or board they had to bring it up and by this time I was late for work. I didn’t want to get off and come back to an unclean room that I never stayed in I was shocked because it’s always clean when I’ve stayed in the past. I’m still going to leave 5* because I’m going to let this slide I’ll be back and hopefully I get the 5* experience I normally get!!
