I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. But I can tell you one thing for sure. The staff at this hotel was top notch! Everyone was so helpful. We stayed for six days, and enjoyed each and every minute we were there! When we first checked in, we had an issue with our room card. But within ten minutes, it was resolved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with no problem! This place will be my go to place when I return to Memphis! No doubt about it!

I can honestly say I had no issues with this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the past 30 years, and this hotel ranks in the top five. It ranks number one!

Everything from the time I pulled up to the time I left. It was wonderful! I booked around 8pm because we live in Memphis and our power is out and now has been out for 28 hrs. When I booked it was the only hotel available I live in Raleigh but we drove all the way out there so the children could be comfortable. We made it about 10 something it was a long line alot of people were trying to get a room when I say the front desk was so nice. It was a man and a woman and they made sure they worked with us all and let us know they would take care of each customer! It was great. The best hotel I have stayed in in a long time and I stay at hotels on the regular! I loved the room the parking in a gated parking lot it was just wonderful! Thank you all! We were stressed being without power from the storm but staying there made it all better!

I had 1 issue I ordered a steak salad from the restaurant. I asked for my steak to be medium well. It took over an hour for a salad. Once I got my salad and got back to my room, the steak was well done and tuff. I couldn't chew it. I'm a kidney transplant patient with digestive issues. I can not process or eat overcooked beef. The restaurant had closed I was the last order. I was very disappointed 😞. Went to bed hungry that night. The weather was to bad to adventure out for food. Waste of money and my time.

Everything was great within the hotel itself. The breakfast was excellent! I liked that management accompanied my family despite of the issue at hand. They made us feel at home and very much welcomed.

Just one staff member was very rude and acted like she didn't care whether Corporate was called and I mean she had a terrible attitude, where she got into it with a guest I was with. We made it in time to check in and rooms was not ready which the charge and check out time would still be the same. Everyone else was great except this one person who should not be in customer service.

The room was clean and specious. The property was well maintained.

The staff and their attitudes were very unpleasant and put a damper on the stay. The older lady with longer hair was very rude each time we encountered her. The younger guy Eugene was so rude and nasty on the phone and in person. If he was checking me in I would have not stayed there. The staff should be trained on better customer service.

The location of the hotel was about 13 to 16 miles from attractions. Hotel is out side of downtown which we felt safe. Restaurant right behind the hotel was good Huey's . I like the fact the key card only let u on the floor u were registered for. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like that there was no Complimentary breakfast wasn't going to pay 20 bucks for breakfast there. Oh and that the walk through gate stayed open with no gate key needed. So really no purpose of a locked parking lot.

Location was very convient to shopping and restaurants and close to the interstate. My Room was beautiful and comfortable.

The lobby was small considering the amount of people of checking in and coming in and out of the elevator. I felt like it was always overcrowded and that gave me some anxiety and the room was clean and updated but had mold growing in the floor of the shower.

Breakfast was not included. It would have been great if it was. The cost of adding $20 more per person for breakfast was just ridiculous

The ladies at the front desk were not polite at all. They were very curt. At one point upon our return to the hotel, the receptionist was having a screaming match with a guest. The manager tried to intervene but to no avail. I know customers are not always right but I wish this could’ve been handled in a separate room instead of in front of other guests. Also, we put in a request for our room to be cleaned and furnished with clean towels, but returned to a room that was not cleaned nor were clean towels provided.

The staff I spoke with (front desk clerk & bar/restaurant server) were outstanding! The hotel's lobby and the rooms are very spacious and modern. The design of the room was simple but effective. The room had a 55" television! 4 outlet panels were in the room, each with 3 AC outlets (1 at 90º convenient for power bricks) and 2 USB charging ports - very convenient - and none of those used by the room electronics. The window had a blackout roll-down shade with side tracks to block ALL outside light if you wanted.

This stay, the worst thing I could think of was the availability of Blue Bunny ice cream in the snack area. Stopping for a soda caused me to eat a pint of ice cream that I didn't need. On my return trip, I stayed another time. This time, the room I stayed in needed significant maintenance. While everything seems new, things like faucets were not tight to the counter, the shower doors don't fit properly, the shower floor moved significantly when I stepped into it, the sink handles were loose. Most of these items could have been fixed by a dedicated maintenance person.
