The morning crew was amazing! Dee the lady with braids i can't spell her name sorry but she was amazing! And the guy with the yellow pants was too. Lol. Breakfast was amazing! Add honey to the condiment section. I love honey with my tea instead of sugar. And the fact that this place don't allow pets is a bonus. I stayed at a hotel in Florida that did allow pets and it smelled of urine. Now it could have been an adult idk. But I won't ever stay at a hotel that's pet friendly. Nothing against animals i have one. But leave the dang dog at the dog center. Lol

Everything was great but that bed was terrible. It was too hard for my liking.

Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning team did a good job. Rooms were comfortable and noise level was tolerable. Kids loved the indoor pool even though it wasn't a heated pool. Didn't try the in house restaurant but the food always smelled good if we were walking by during service hours. Had 1 time that our key cards stopped working but the issue was quickly fixed .

Sofa bed was showing signs of age. Only had extra sheets for it. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket. We didn't ask for one so it may have been provided if asked for. Fridge didn't have a freezer and microwave turn table seemed to not want to fit properly but they worked. Might want to make sure the Keurig Coffee Maker is cleaned a little better. Our first cup the water heated but never brewed. Took the pod holder out, ran water through it in the bathroom sink and a good bit of "stuff" washed out of it. Dumped the water out of the reservoir and realized it had stuff floating in it so rinsed that out as well. No more issues after a good cleaning.

I didn’t like that they wanted us to pay for breakfast it wasn’t included in our almost $300 stay for two nights and WiFi wasn’t available wanted us to pay for that when they both should of been included in our stay

The Breakfast was good. I was so glad i didnt have to get out the next morning to travel and get food. The Cook was polite. The indoor pool was amazing{i love water} . the staff was nice and helpful and the location was on point when it came to going out to eat. they have a bar at this hotel and that is plus for me. The room was clean and smelled good. and spacious enough for my family of 5.

The pool wasn't heated but still enjoyed it. That was my only complaint.

Front desk was pleasant, our room was clean and tidy.

Our floor was pretty noisy. People come there to pregame for the weekend. Met several people in the elevator dressed to go clubbing. Otherwise, we could hear loud conversations, music/TV and what sounded like kids playing in the halls most of the evening. Sounded pretty ghetto, if I'm being honest.

The lady who checked me in was AWESOME & patient... If she's there, it will be worth it. I had one lady when a guy was checking me, she was just starring and looking at me funny when I was trying to get the guy to change my room. VERY AWKWARD!! I don't know of she speaks to customers cause all she do is stare and walk smh. Other than that, 5 stars!!

I paid extra for the breakfast, it was great quality and worth the price and was great selections. The ability to change the room I was given to a different floor.

I didn’t like that the soap wasn’t refilled. The pool would have been great if it were heated. I wish there were suited where the living space is separate from the bedroom. The lighting was dim. The sofa bed wasn’t the cleanest, we chose not to use it.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were amazing. My daughter loved the pull out sofa. Honestly the only downside was the pool wasn't heated. It is indoors so that was good but we tried a couple times and the water was a little chilly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We have no complaints. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

The lady who worked the front desk on July 6th when I checked in attitude was so nasty she stayed in the phone the entire time we checked in and when we had a issue regarding the pool she so rudely cut me off telling me the manager will be there in 10 minutes.

Everything was good besides the incident with the lady on the first day.
