The staff was really friendly and helpful! The pool hours were 6-11 so we were able to take advantage of the pool a couple times per day! The breakfast was good. The older lady that worked it was extremely kind and on top of things. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. My kids ended up having a hard time sharing the bed on the first night and the front desk associate sent up a roll-a-way bed free of charge.

The bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE! I felt like I had been run over repeatedly with a couple of 18 wheelers when I woke up! It was seriously the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.

I love it they treat us like family we been living here for almost a month

The female staff member at checkout was rude. I was inquring why the rate on my suite was more than I was quoted at booking and check in. She told me that is what it is and she didn't know. I asked could she see the itemized charges. I was told to call customer service. I asked for the manager she said there was not one. I called the customer service number for assistance and was told the onsite hotel staff would and could providecvvthe information because they could see it. The I was over charged, rude female staff member, no assistance, and still do not know if I received my double rewards or anything else.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Nice location. Close to several stores and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good.

Stains on bed. Could definitely work on cleaning the he rooms a bit better.

We were supposed to get a "genius" price through Booking.com. However, the Hampton hotel in Tupelo MS did not honor the discount. They said we had to contact Booking.com. We did contact them on the phone and emailed the information to Booking.com. The representative said she would get back with me. That never happened. Therefore at this point I would not recommend trusting the "Genius" bookings on Booking.com.

We were on our way back from Gulf Shores & needed to rest before we made the last leg of the trip. I’ve always had good experiences at every Hampton Inn which we’ve stayed. This one was no different. We rested well & were back on the road bright & early.

In the wee hours of the morning, I went to our car to obtain a fan for noise while we slept. The hotel main doors locked so I had to find a side door to get back in. This entailed walking around to the side of the hotel for entry. No problem though…the hotel is in a good neighborhood so I felt safe.

Location was great was easy to get to. Breakfast was awesome everything was fresh and the room was very clean. Staff was very nice enjoyed everything about our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like everything was great.

Hampton’s are generally reliable for features and style. Parking is easy and close to the doors. It was nice to have two front end staff. The hotel is a little isolated but that led to no traffic noise which is nice.

This hotel was near the Barnes Crossing Mall and not near the main traffic flow if that’s important to you. Also the room phone didn’t work and when I tried calling the desk from my cell phone I wasn’t able to get anyone to answer.
