We stayed here last year due to it being cheaper than where the rest of our party was staying. This year we made reservations for a different hotel and while we were on our way I received a call that my room was given away so my reservation was cancelled. We decided to stay here again and have learned our lesson to pick this one first when we take our trip next year and the following years.

I liked the hotel was right by the hwy and across from the Waffle House. We didn't have to go far for additional breakfast.

I didn't realize it was a outside hotel.

Location was good. Parking was good. Price was good.

Property needs more maintenance. Bathroom door will not close . Sticks against the jam. In-room telephone did not work. Front door very, very hard to open without pushing as hard as you can to open it. Fridge not working right. Small insects flying around. Needs pesticide sprayed around.

The staff was great she really work with me to help me get in with no problems it was at a ease directions to where I needed to get to was very simple great experience would recommend and book again

I didn't like the fact that there are no real shower curtains on the shower so the water hits the shower curtains and gets all over the floor if it wasn't for the shower nozzle that can turn inside and face the wall more and I also had to unplug a light behind the bed just for it to go off other than that I liked it

Everyone was so nice. They were super helpful and made sure we needed everything while we stayed there.

Still have a bug problem. They are working on fixing all the issues. That was left behind by the other manager.

The room was very clean,comfortable,and convenient for a short get away. 4 staff members made my days by simple& descent courtesy, going out their way to fix huge problems, or smiling while doing their job.

The lobby smelled like urine and 2 out of 7 employees is came across were highly unprofessional with clothing, attitude, poor communication, and don't need to be working there. 1 in housekeeping and 1 at front desk. No hot breakfast and juice containers not clean on inside as well as watered down.

It was nice. Very comfortable. My kids love it for Spring. Break, they wanted to stay 2 extra days

The room was convenient in price range, location and amenities. I felt paranoid by the large opening at the bottom of the door. Other than that, it was a great experience. The staff was the best !! I arrived late but I kept in touch with the staff to keep them up to part. They held my first floor room and the customer service level never faltered. I highly recommend staying here. Just seal the crack. 😁
