Everything was great. We especially give the crew on for breakfast an A+++. We so enjoyed yakking with them and they always made us feel special and we hope they felt that way too. The ladies who cleaned our rm and managers were helpful and friendly!

EXCEPTION TO EVERYTHING GREAT: NEED MORE CARTS ESPECIALLY FOR US OLDER FOLKS. IT TOOK US 4 TRIPS TO OUR RM ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND FROM OUR VEHICLE TO LOAD SO WE COULD CK OUT. WE KEPT CKING from early morning and there weren't any all morn! By then it was 9:30ish and we just decided to just carry everything ourselves because we wanted to get started due to the terrible weather forecast all the way to Ohio.

Self serve breakfast layout very nice. Food hot, good selection. Attendant on hand and helpful. Coffee better than average. Cleanliness of public areas and room very good. Beds very comfortable. Room quiet and spacious. Shower and amenities above average. Appreciated room key security for elevator.

Hotel visible from main road but kind of hard to get to with the frontage road configuration and confusing island businesses bad traffic and parking lot planning. Fault of city.

Great place to stop for an overnight (or longer). Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and space as advertised, WiFi great, and location was easy access to the interstate and some good restaurants. Coffee, fridge, and microwave in the room.

I often wish for a coffee option that includes a stronger coffee. Small detail but am happy when I find it. But the Keurig in the room is a really nice touch - FAR better than the normal small coffee pot in many hotels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were above and beyond to meet our needs. Tyra, the young lady at the breakfast bar was a ray of sunshine each morning. She was always so pleasant and had the brightest, sweetest smile even at 6:30 in the morning.. I can't even say enough about her, she was the best!! Janice, at the front desk was also very helpful. From our talks on the phone to our face to face communication she was very polite and helpful. Always smiling. Even the housekeeping personnel were helpful and polite.. The whole staff seem to enjoy their jobs and were always willing to do whatever to make our stay the best!!

I really thought there was a Resturant on site, but as it turned out it wasn't. We just brought in food and eat in the breakfast area, which was just fine..

Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff.

I requested to change my checkout date before we checked in thru Booking.com. I didn't get a response before we checked in so I asked at check in and was told it was not a problem but would have to get refund from booking.com and the the hotel would reimburse them. When we checked out we were told again that it was not a problem ,but still have not got a response from booking.com or the hotel, both want to say it is the others responsibility.

Check-in staff was cheerful. Have a nice exercise room with water and towels. I like that the breakfast buffet is again open for self-service, although it was fine when employees served the breakfast also.

In exercise room the weight machine between the treadmill and adjustable bench is missing some attachments.

The room was nice and spacious, beds were super comfortable. The gym was great! I was pleasantly surprised they had weights and yoga mats. The staff was very cordial and the servers at breakfast were nice too! My mom has a cane and couldn't safely carry her food to the table and I had gone to get coffee so I couldn't help her. One of the servers went above and beyond and carried her plate to our table. A+ service.

Well I’m guessing Booking.com was a new registration thing for that certain cashier. I paid on the Booking.com App through Apple Pay. I was still charged the standard amount plus $20 fee when I checked into the the hotel. 10am, I check out with my family of 4. 1hr later I noticed that I had been twice then some.

The motel accommodated our special request to be on the highest floor so that we wouldn't have to hear people moving around in the room above. Breakfast was good, although I still wish they had a waffle maker, and the bed was comfortable.

They need more than one person at the desk in the afternoon. One person was having to handle the phone and check-ins which made the process longer than it should have been.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels. Good coffee in the room. Refrigerator. The staff was nice and helpful.

Located a bit far from the downtown: 9-10 min drive. Not really a complain :-)
