The breakfast was good and the location was also good also the ladies who worked the front desk were very nice and kind and we like that

After we had been there a few days my granddaughter turned her blanket over to the back side as she was getting up and there was a big big spot of mold on it and she had been sleeping under that for days I could not believe someone could put that on a bed for someone to sleep under we were not very happy about that I told a man maid about it he said he would get us a new blanket when we got back that night no blanket so called downstairs spoke to a lady and she said the man had got sick and had to leave she was very kind and brought us a blanket

Our stay was great. The beds were comfortable, the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They had maintenance men on the site to repair a door knob problem for a person down the hall from us and they were there promptly with a smile in their face and a friendly tone for everyone passing by. I had reserved a queen suite and there had been a mixup about that but they had it resolved before I even arrived for check in and they upgraded us to a double Queen adjoining rooms. They have microwaves in the room and the refrigerators are larger than most hotels. The location is off the main road with easy access to everything. It was easy to avoid some of the high traffic areas by “going the back way”. Putt Putt golf across the street that we walked to was a bonus! The pool and breakfast hours of availability are more accommodating than any where I have stayed. I will definitely go here again.

the ladies were very helpful and friendly, but there was not any fresh fruit except apples. The eggs tasted just okay. And the O.J. tasted spoiled so did I did not try it but once. I greatly appreciate you accommodating us with my husband's bulky dialysis supplies and moving them into our room for us and taking care of the extra trash that was left behind because of this.

The jacuzzi was not hot and as clean as I would have liked it.

Location was great. Really close to everything but still out of the way. Nice area and quiet. Staff was very nice and hotel was clean.

The bed was way too hard. Personal preference i know. Our TV didn't work properly but it wasn't a big deal for us. Only got one station. But they were having a Harry Potter marathon so win for us. LOL Shower head also needed to be fixed. Told the staff when we checked out and they were very nice about it. It was not a big deal for us.

I loved how close it was to everything! The breakfast was good and the room was nice! Loved that when I asked for more pillows or towels there wasn't any question, I got them straight away. Also the person I talked to at the front desk where to go for a water park was very helpful.

I don't think there is really anything I didn't like. I think the only thing is the pillows, I always have to have like 3 pillows in order to sleep.

Excellent location, affordable price, heated saltwater pool and hot tub open til midnight, 24/7 coffee and infused lemon water available in lobby was nice touch , helpful staff, ice cream machine/snack machines, quiet outside deck with nice view, good breakfast variety, good breakfast hours

Nothing we didn’t like! Pool could use a rope to differentiate shallow end from deep end

I loved the whole place was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The ladies that serve breakfast were so friendly and helpful in many ways. I had car problem and one of the ladies suggested a good place to get it fix. I am glad I ask them. They got my car fixed and I was on the road back home

The staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed anything, and the breakfast had a wide variety of food. The blueberry waffles were so good! It was nice to have a separate sink and mirror right outside the bathroom, that was helpful, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The showers were nice and clean as well.

I would have preferred for the pool to be outside because it just gets very loud and humid being enclosed inside like that, especially with lots of kids playing. It wasn’t relaxing at all.

The staff was so friendly every thing was so nice room and pool was clean very welcoming and Claude clean our room at 403 exceptional it was a awesome stay and we was close to a lot of attractions keep up the good work breakfast was nice as well we really enjoyed our stay we had no problems me and my husband and child

The beds are very comfortable. The pool is really nice! Heated and salt water, which is way better than chlorine. And the location is really great. It’s really close to a lot of the attractions without being right on the main strip. The continental breakfast is really really good so you don’t have to leave and go find someplace to have breakfast.
