Location is perfect, staff always friendly

We have always loved Thousands Hills, but the Champions don’t quite stand up to par. Apparently these are older units and they need to be updated. We always ask for a 1 bedroom because it’s only 2 of us but in the future we will get a 2 bedroom so we can get a nicer unit. (we have stayed in 2 bedroom before) there was a screen door on our unit that had the most awful screech every time we opened it, and there was food under the table that wasn’t cleaned up previously.

I like that it's right smack dab in the middle of Branson. I can easily get to anywhere. I want to go down to Branson Landing I am just a few minutes away. If I want to go to Silver Dollar City I am just a few minutes away. Perfect location.

I wasn't crazy about the water pressure in the shower and in the jacuzzi. It took me forever to fill up the jacuzzi. I thought it was weird that there's a fridge and microwave for food, but no place to sit down in eat.

Having stayed at properties all over the country for business and for pleasure this particular property ranks at the top of my list. My family and I I'll give it a 10 out of 10 on every category you can think of from the exceptional staff at the front desk and the concierge that would text us to ensure that we have everything we need, to the facility itself The comfy beds, the stocked kitchen with utensils, plates ,blender and even a toaster,everything you can think of, to the clean rooms and easy parking. The location of the property made it a hop and a skip away from the strip and all the restaurants and activities we had planned, yet far away for it to be a nice quiet and cozy getaway. Will definitely be staying at thousand hills golf resort again. Thank you to Angie at the front desk and Paula our concierge.

The view was great considering how many buildings are there. I liked that the grass area was maintained and treated for mosquitoes.

the rooms can be very different. We moved two rooms down to stay an extra night & the second room while same price was more outdated and the patio furniture was poor quality compared to the other room.

Easy access to all the shows and attractions on the strip. Three bedroom unit was large and comfortable with a great enclosed balcony area. Concierge service was great and made purchasing group tickets to all the attractions we wanted super quick and painless. We will definitely use this property again.

A little dated decor. Pool closed at 10, so couldn't use it after 8 pm shows.

We are never disappointed when we stay at thousands hills! we like to have a condo, but the king suite was perfect for the 2 of us. Check in was easy and quick, and they were helpful when we wanted to book show tickets. Thousands Hills location is perfect. Will always try and stay at Thousand Hills.

Nice size apt, we'll equipped with kitchen needs, good location, liked the view of the golf course. TV and internet very good. Loved the porch with windows and screens. Overall very nice place.

Dark lamps, and some had no light bulb in living room, bathtub old and very slippery, with high "step up in" no hand rails or inside door rail(was broken). We're in our 70's so will ask for specifics next time.

Did not eat there. Liked 3 bdr and 3 bathroom, Location was great.

The upstairs bathroom shower didn't drain. It was reported but not fixed. Looking out the upstairs over living room balcony the area over the kitchen bar was dirty with cereal on it.

this is the 2nd time we’v stayed at Thousand Hills. Both times were very nice.

The first time I stayed I was able to use my Choice Privileges points to pay for the condo, but I understand that Thousand Hills no longer does that. unfortunately this will limit my future visits as it is rather expensive to rent a 3-4 Br condo. I have hundreds of thousands of points, unfortunately not dollars.

I had the 2 bedroom for a family of six and it was enough room for everyone. It's comes with everything you need and the beds was amazing and so soft.

Our stove had old grease on them so I couldn't cook anything due to the burners catching on fire if u turn the stove on. Also couldn't get the heat to work properly.
