Excellent location just off the strip. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of restaurants and attractions very close by. Clean and tidy for an older hotel property. Very nice free hot breakfast each morning. They say it ends at 10am, but they did not rush us out. Very pleasant and kind staff. No microwave in our room as advertised, but one was brought when I asked. Cleaning staff was respectful and helpful. Air conditioning in room was good and cold. Refrigerator worked great.

Long wait at check-in. Only one employee at desk. Air conditioning didn't work well in public areas. Hallways and public gathering areas were hot and uncomfortable. No fans available. Elevators broke down several times and it took a long time to wait for the one that was working. Hot tub was not hot and water was dirty. Furniture in rooms and public areas were dated and worn. Very uncomfortable loveseat and chair in our room. Worn out. Not enough outlets. We had to unplug the TV to plug in a lamp.

The price was unbeatable for the deal we received compared to other hotels. Also the room was nice and cozy and the beds were very comfortable. We were on the second floor of nine and it was great view. The workers were very nice and professional and made us feel at home.

The only thing I didn't care for about the overall hotel was the breakfast. It was the same foods every day with not many healthy options as well. The egg option was mini premade omelets', sausage links that the casing tasted overcooked, then there was an abundance of bad carbs like waffle makers, white bread, white bagels, biscuits, cereals, and potatoes. That being said our family chose to go out for breakfast after the first morning the remainder of our stay.

This has been my go to hotel in Branson for so many years. I just can't say enough things about the staff, rooms location etc. You are one block from one of the major theatres! Lots of parking, hot coffee 24 hours and so much more!

I have told everyone about their wonderful breakfast. It was terrible this time! First day, they had cold eggs pressed like pancakes, Ice cold hashbrowns and no meat. Only white bread and bagels. They did have some good biscuits and gravy. Overall, the three days we were there it was very poor. I realize prices have gone up considerably in food but they need to either furnish a good breakfast and add an addition to the hotel bill or no breakfast in my opinion. The ninth floor where they serve breakfast is fantastic and such a beautiful way to start your day!!!

The breakfast is wonderful, the beds are very comfortable, the room was spacious, the employees were very nice. Bigger refrigerator than other places.

It was so noisy at night due to people using the staircase constantly and close the door really hard, which woke up us more than 7 times during the night. Also, there was not microwave in the room, and I went to 8th floor to try to use the microwave and there was a line so, I went to the 1st floor and there was a small meeting going on and had to ask for permission to use the microwave.

We had a problem with the toilet and the staff member that came to help was very nice and helpful. The connecting king room and twin room were exactly what my family needed. The view from the top when you eat breakfast is beautiful.

The elevators are hard to get during the breakfast time and on Sundays when people are checking out. The breakfast was ok but ran out about 30 minutes before breakfast was over. Need some additional breakfast options. The hot tub appeared to be very dirty and the jets didn't work.

The property was right off the strip. Close to all activities and restaurants

The pool & hot tub was down. You could swim “at your own risk” because the heaters went out when the pipes froze. Would have like to have known that before booking as that was our evening plans once we arrived back to the hotel.

Breakfast, was great, usually we don't eat breakfast at motels. We look to see what they have and land up going eat at Ihop. Room was very comfortable. We enjoyed Jacuzzi tub it was the first time we every stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub.

I like the idea of having an inside swimming pool, that was one of the reasons I booked motel room. But there was a kids baseball time there. A lot of kid were in the pool and their parents were outside looking in. The kids were horse playing with no consideration of anyone else trying to enjoy the pool. And their parents since they were outside didn't have enough sense to come tell them to calm down. Hot Tub looked dirty so we didn't use it. ( kids were going back and forth from hot tub to swimming pool that's probably why it was dirty.) I FIGURED THEY WERE PROBABLY GOING TO BATHROOM IN IT. (Not your fault.) It was kids being kids.

I liked the huge parking lot. I loved the comfort of the beds. I loved how cool the room can get. AND I really loved the soap and shampoo in the bath room! Extra bonus points because its Very different I've never seen any hotle done in that fashion.

I didn't like there's no microwave. There's only one, and its on the 1st floor.. God forbid being on the 8th floor and have to go all the way downstairs just to use a microwave.

This is our second time using this hotel. Nice view from the ninth-floor breakfast area. Both times, the hotel was hosting a veteran's reunion. Since my husband is a Vietnam veteran, he really enjoyed meeting and talking to other veterans. People in the hotel are very friendly.

When we arrived, the toilet kept running and the shower did not work. We let the front desk know and they fixed both items right away. If you are older, be sure to drive around to the entrance at the back so you don't have to climb a lot of steps.

The Grand Palace is a pretty hotel... clean and a good price. The view and the breakfast was awesome!

Tho our room was clean, our blankets were just pulled up with wrinkles.... if they're gonna come in they need to do it right! The biggest elevator broke down on the day that we and everybody else was leaving... that was a hot mess lol.... the parking isn't the best, not a lot of spaces in the back, or front had lots of stairs to climb... just letting ppl with health issues know!
