Customer service was wonderful as the facility.

Couldn’t get room service Saturday evening had to leave a message and didn’t get a call back. After 30 mins we left to go eat some where. Also you shouldn’t have to pay to park your own vehicle . Other than that it was a great stay, will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and very clean. Hospitable was great! Short walk to Branson Landing. Didn’t have to remove our car to drive there.

Went to breakfast and had a terrible experience. We planned on getting the $30.00 buffet BUT what was left was cold and hard or some of the containers were empty. For this amount there should had been at least some pancakes or waffles available or maybe biscuits, they had French toast that the container was empty. It was very disappointing for this type of hotel to offer this type of breakfast. We left and went outside the hotel for breakfast for the rest of the week. There was an unexpected high charge each day plus tax to receive tickets and some sort of wood chips for discounts on your meals that we didn’t eat.

We didn’t eat breakfast. Not big breakfast eaters and felt $30 a person was high!

As an older couple with deteriorating eyesight, we found the rooms very dark in the evenings. When we first arrived we turned the tv on , but couldn’t change sound or channels. After several calls to the desk, the problem was corrected. Not enough towels and had to ask for more!

The people were exceptional. From the very first person to the very last!

Just needs a bit of updating and breakfast could use some help. We chose to go out for breakfast the last day even though we had tickets.

The hotel location is exceptional and the staff and cleanliness was outstanding. Level 2 was such a wonderful surprise. We loved our view from the room.

The comforter on the bed was not very heavy, felt very thin. Would like to have had the fridge stocked with water and more than one day of coffee supplies left.

Ease of location

I think when you say maid service is optional than your rate should be lowered and if you want clean towels they will be placed at your front door because maids will not enter your room. I think you have taken the pandemic situation and Decided to make a profit. I think you are telling patrons your company will never go back to pre pandemic service but still charge the prices of full service

Location is excellent…enjoyed restaurant’s at Landing and in the neighborhood…breakfast at hotel was nice, as well…did not try lunch or dinner at hotel…

I know we could request room serviced, but for price I think it should have been provided without request..but we had no problem getting towels, coffee, or trash taken out….just a little more effort

Loved the location! We were able to walk to all the shops and the parking garage was easily accessible. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and so sweet!

It’s a little pricey for what you get but I’m sure that’s due to location and convenience. Our rooms weren’t bad at all but they were a typical hotel room. They weren’t extravagant or overly nice just pretty basic.

Loved the ease of checking in, getting a bellhop and valet parking. The bed was great, the pillows piled high and comfy, and we got a great night's sleep.

We booked to include breakfast. We received two coupons for the breakfast to be served at the hotel restaurant. We got to the restaurant expecting a breakfast buffet only to find that because there were so few guests, they chose not to put one up and we were limited to one choice on the menu instead. It was the waiter's first day on the job and it showed. It was not up to the Hilton standard in my book and I doubt I will risk it again. My breakfast is what sets me up for my day and that was not a good beginning.

Staff was great. check-in was seamless and property amenities exceeded expectations.
