The location was great and it felt very safe. I traveled with my 19 year old daughter. I would feel very comfortable letting she and a friend go out and shop at the Landing without me. The beds were comfortable.

The guy at the front desk needs some coaching on customer service. He was not friendly at all. The valet guys were awesome with great personalities.. maybe they could help. The light in our shower flickered like a disco light so it couldn’t be turned on. The lamp shade was broken on the lamp between our beds. There was a huge spiderweb in the doorway to our balcony and also on the railings. The chairs on the balcony were dirty and uncomfortable.

location is very nice. Lobby is beautiful. Room temperature was excellent. Beds and pillows were wonderful. Close to everything in the Landing.

Water pressure was horrible. Shower was like showering in the rain. No kitchen or room service. Hours for Big Whiskeys were incorrect. Electronic key didnt work even after getting it reset. Coke machines didn’t take cards or dollar bills.

The carpet in the hallways was messed up it had ripples and a ridge down the center of it and caused me to tripp a couple times and was difficult to walk without tripping. The room was nice but the fridge ice maker wasn't working the staff brought me ice so that wasn't that big of a issue. There was beer left in the room and the balcony door was extremely tough to open.

The staff was awesome. The room we rented was huge. The hotel being located in the middle of Branson Landing was ideal. We never had to leave the hotel the entire 3 days except for the day we went to Silver Dollar City. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was ideal. We'll definitely stay here again.

The staff who work in the restaurant during breakfast time weren't very welcoming. Before they knew that we had tickets for breakfast they were kind and attentive, when I showed them the tickets, they always made us wait to be seated.

Everyone was very kind and it was very clean.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for valet parking, I had 2 dogs and it was hard to go through 2 building to get to my room with luggage and to walk the dogs to the bathroom I had to also go through 2 buildings and there wasn’t really any grassy area to take them to potty. This is not the fault of the hotel, but just something to note for those traveling with pets. The hotel would have been fun traveling with friends, eating at restaurants and shopping with girls, happy hours etc.

Location was great. Loved the balcony although I was hoping for a covered balcony room. Loved you could see the fountains from our room.

Wished our room had a covered balcony. Also a screen on the balcony door would’ve been nice. TV channel selection was not good.

Loved being able to see out in the commons area and watch people going by and seeing activities happening. Also the security getting on the elevator was a plus. Walking distance to food and shops.

Great TV, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.

On arrival took a long time to get bellhop. Then we parked our vehicle and on return he had taken our things off the cart and put someone else’s stuff on it and we had to wait for him to return. We had a four night stay and the bathroom had only two towels and two washcloths for the four night stay. The one ply toilet paper and Kleenex is terrible.

We enjoyed the condo and views and access to restaurants.

I called room service for next day breakfast. They never replied to the message I left, so we went elsewhere for three days. 9:00 seems early to cut off breakfast service. The couch & chairs could use updating and not very comfortable.
