The breakfast was great! The staff that served the breakfast was so kind and helpful. I loved the gift shop. Good prices and a variety of gifts. The lady that worked in the gift shop was wonderful! She answered all of our sightseeing questions and even drew us a map.( She was also working at the front desk) The snack room was good but we sure did want some white milk and some chocolate milk. Everything was so nice and clean....and beautiful.

Cant think of a single thing! (Except for wanting to buy some milk)

Employees were SO nice and helpful. Everything (including the back stairwell that we took every day to our 2nd floor room) was VERY clean. Breakfast had great variety. We met the manager, the breakfast employees, and the maintenance couple. All so nice and accommodating.

I slept nearest to the A/C unit and even with the fan on low, it blew right on me and I was unable to move/change direction of vent.

Love the location and the peaceful atmosphere as it is surrounded by nature on 3 sides, we even saw a momma deer and her 2 fawns on our last morning just outside the hotel on the grounds. Staff was very friendly and helpful and super thoughtful of their guests. We have a Tesla and loved the destination chargers on site, it made it super easy to charge overnight while we were sleeping.

It looked like there was mold coming out from the ceiling tiles on the edges of the walls and my son and I had horrible allergies while we were there as a result. The air conditioning in the room also had a musty smell to it. One last issue was the noise level coming from our neighbors room but the hotel was not to blame and was quick to come up and address it .

Lovely clean room. Spacious & cool. Breakfast was very good! We stayed for 9 days so breakfast a bit repetitive by the end. Staff were lovely. Very helpful when we thought our car had broken down. Ladies sorting out breakfast were really nice. We would definitely stay again.

This was a cozy, friendly, and clean facility. I loved the extra sink and vanity just outside of the bathroom. Beautiful view. Great convenient and quiet location. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. Yummy fresh made waffles, good eggs and potatoes too! They kept it stocked even up to the end of the breakfast time!

I liked the staff, they were very helpful when I needed something. I loved the warm pool, hot tub and sauna. Everything was so clean! I loved how the staff would say Good Morning and God bless you! I liked the relaxing Christian music in the pool area. Laundry room was also very nice and just happened to be close to our room. TV was nice size and had many interesting shows on it, that kept my family up late. (So that's kind of good and bad.)

The breakfast was good at first, but became boring because it was virtually the same every day. There was no waffle maker and the only fruit was bananas and raisins. The room was on the small side. I wanted to take a call in the bathroom, but couldn't because the fan is always running when the light is on.

Every staff member was so hospitable. Even the maintenance man asked how my night/stay was. They accommodated my gluten and dairy sensitive child by going out and buying her special milk. The landscaping is beautiful! Its very well maintained and so inviting when driving up. I love the pool is salt water, no stong chemical smell.

I cannot complain about anything. Check in process was easy. There are multiple doors around the property with easy access parking.

Breakfast was good and the ladies that took care of it were very friendly and kept everything clean and well stocked

For what we paid per night for the room, we should have had maid service daily. We didn't have any because we didn't ask for it and didn't feel we should have to.

The staff was so friendly and helpful through our whole stay. Plus, the location was perfect; Quiet and off the beaten path but still easy access to the main strip and White Water. The room was also very comfortable and clean. We had plenty of space for a family of 5.

The only complaint was the room’s air conditioner didn’t get very cold. It was still a comfortable room, but not quite the “hotel cold” sleep we were hoping for.

Breakfast was so so. Gal working breakfast our first day was great! Very friendly! Could have more variety.

The beds need updated mattresses. Would like to have seen full service cleaning staff daily. This was requested our first day (just to make bed) but didn’t happen. Otherwise, cleaning staff great. Libby has a mildew smell. Pool are fantastic, we’ll stocked, clean.
