This is your no frills motel. I loved the fact that we could pull up to our door and it was literally 3 feet to walk to the door. The room was big but nothing fancy. The shower was great (a little short for some), but I appreciated the fact they put a bath mat in the tub to keep from slipping. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent and easy to get to everything we did. The price was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again,.

I would probably change the door locks so you didn't have to use an actual key. We actually accidentally left one of the keys in the door for a few hours one afternoon, which was kind of scary. I would feel more comfortable if they used key cards and that way somebody couldn't "take the key" and you wouldn't be able to leave it in the lock.

The queen beds were really comfortable. The location was convenient - no crazy left turns into Branson traffic - there is a stoplight nearby to get you safely to your destination. The price was excellent for the level of comfort.

I’d give the cleaning staff an 8/10. There was grime around the sink faucet and the edges of the room clearly needed a closer vacuum. But the bed and sheets were clean - no bugs, hurray - and very comfortable. The breakfast area is really tiny. It was always full of people. So we took our breakfast to the outside tables in front, but the staff was always there smoking. This made us feel really uncomfortable, and also explained perhaps why no one ever answered the phone before our visit - they were likely outside. Despite these inconveniences, we would stay here again due to the comfortable beds and the price.

The room was clean and smelled clean. The price was good and the location was good for us.

The bathroom was very small, and the tub was very tall to step into with no hand rails for support.

We did not eat there, but the room appeared to be very clean and the food smelled great. We usually just go get doughnuts for our children or to a large buffet. We will have to try the breakfast next time.

The only issue we had were the folks above us. they made a lot of noise and seemed to have a toddler running the whole time. This was no fault of the facility and I am sure they would have fixed it had we complained. I requested a first floor room and that is my fault. Like I said it is at no fault of the facility.

The gravy for the biscuits didn’t look good and no one wanted to eat the gravy although the biscuits were fine! All the other food was great! Loved the peach yogurt as it is my favorite! The coffee was delicious too! We could tell the orange juice wasn’t the real orange juice though!

It was extremely difficult to get the water faucet at the sink to work (room 125) because it has to be pulled up and it was So difficult to do that my husband couldn’t even figure out how to do it! We had to call and ask the front desk! We also couldn’t get the TV to work as it just said input was needed to be activated but we couldn’t get the remote to get the input! However, after reporting it, it was fixed soon! Also the light bulb by the TV turned on and then went off immediately and I couldn’t get it to turn back on but amazingly, when we got back to the room right after reporting the problem, the light was back on!

Rooms were very clean. Beds had pillow top which was a nice surprise. The pool was nice and refreshing. It's an older property but we'll maintained.

Breakfast was less than desirable. Was not expecting a lot for the price but the promise of biscuits and gravy sold me. However...the gravy was watery and not appealing. The juice was very watered down and they only had chocolate cereal, fruit loops or bran flakes. Needless tobday, we went out for breakfast the entire stay. Still worth the value but disappointing non the less.

The location is perfect as it is just off of 76 strip. The beds were pillowtop and the sheets were really soft! We were there for a week, and the staff was very accommodating. There was a strong smell in the room when we first checked in, but it went away overnight. We figured it was probably their cleaning solution. Breakfast was good..bisquits, gravy, three types of cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels and cream cheese, Danish, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice.

It would be nice to have some type of protein like sausage in the gravy or boiled eggs served at breakfast.

The rooms were very clean. They were a lot cleaner than other hotels we had stayed at. We will for sure use them again. The help was friendly and the rooms were clean. It was in a great area close to the strip but far enough away that we had quiet times.

We really have no complaints for this facility. The help was friendly and the rooms were clean. It was in a great area close to the strip but far enough away that we had quiet times.
