Our stay overall was nice and enjoyable. The location was convenient for shopping, restaurants, and activities. We will definitely consider staying at this location again in the future. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was also very clean upon arrival.

The breakfast selections were pretty good, but would have liked to see more options for breakfast meats besides sausage. It would have also been nice if there was a change in the variety of foods offered each day instead of having the same selections everyday. The pull out sofa was not comfortable as the mattress was very thin. It was not a major issue since we only stayed 2 nights, but this could pose as a problem for a longer term stay.

The people at Rate Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Branson are really passionate about customer care! Debbie from the front desk provided exceptional service for my Mom and Dad during their untimely dilemmas. She went above and beyond with making sure they had a clean room available and which provided them with comfort from their traveling. The breakfast they serve there is simply stunning! I would highly recommend visiting this hotel often because of quality service, rooms and amenities! 10 out 10!!

Breakfast was great, they had lots of options with plenty for everyone. We picked this location in relation to the Clay Cooper theater to see the Haygood's. We were able to walk to the show from the side door and it was even closer that most of the cars got to park. So if you are there to go to that show it is definitely a great location. We will stay again.

The room was very dark even with all the lights on, the bulbs were not LED lights and we had to go into the restroom to see well. The bathroom also didn't have any hand soap. We were able to use the body wash from the shower but prefer soap to wash my hands.

Staff friendly and helpful

Scratching head over $30 additional charge for “ incidentals” not shared at check in. Noticed amount seemed high at check in so compared amount charged at check in to email reservation amount: found discrepancy and only upon asking front desk was I told it is for incidentals. Free parking, phone, Wi-Fi and breakfast so what could it possibly be at this property? Also why is it not on my checkout invoice? Seems sneaky which makes me feel as if I now have to be watching my bank statement to make sure I am credited for this unethical charge. I would appreciate an explanation as to what could be an incidental charge at this property??

Our first assigned room did not have a working TV. We were moved promptly to another similar room. The hotel was full. The breakfast provided was ok. The breakfast meats were cold and the scrambled eggs were down to the nitty gritty. A fresh batch was prepared and served for the balance of the guests who were arriving later than most - my husband and I included.

We did not use or even see the on-site facilities offered by the hotel. There is an exercise room and a swimming pool. We traveled to Branson to meet friends and enjoy time together. There were many restaurants to choose from as the hotel is very well located in Branson. A short drive of less than 5 minutes offered several well known chain restaurants.

Loved the location and the breakfast. Also got in a nice run. The gym was small but compact and nice. The pool was good too.

It seemed like there were some renovations going on, but other than that nothing much. The elevator was a little old but that's not a big issue.

Would like house cleaning to come in a little more, but they did come in when we requested on our second to last night when we needed new bedding. Mini fridge didn't stay on continuously. We had to keep pressing a 2 hour chill button to keep cold.

Every thing look just as it was advertised. The Front Desk Was on top of there game, and was very nice. The pool was great. The hole experiences was great, with no issues. Thank you.

We did not get the chance to send time in the lobby area, for me it would have been great if there was a bar, in that way stayed there and would not had to go out. The bed made my wife back hurt and I thought that we would have to find another spot, but she was a true trooper.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had to leave a day early due to the weather and they made sure I wasn’t charged for that day. Will stay there again.

Breakfast was lacking

the property was very nice and clean. right on the strip, very close to a lot of the main attractions!

the only thing was that it’s kind of down a hill, so due to ice we had to leave early, and it was very difficult to get up that hill when there was ice. Not the property’s fault.
