Staff friendly and helpful

Scratching head over $30 additional charge for “ incidentals” not shared at check in. Noticed amount seemed high at check in so compared amount charged at check in to email reservation amount: found discrepancy and only upon asking front desk was I told it is for incidentals. Free parking, phone, Wi-Fi and breakfast so what could it possibly be at this property? Also why is it not on my checkout invoice? Seems sneaky which makes me feel as if I now have to be watching my bank statement to make sure I am credited for this unethical charge. I would appreciate an explanation as to what could be an incidental charge at this property??

Our first assigned room did not have a working TV. We were moved promptly to another similar room. The hotel was full. The breakfast provided was ok. The breakfast meats were cold and the scrambled eggs were down to the nitty gritty. A fresh batch was prepared and served for the balance of the guests who were arriving later than most - my husband and I included.

We did not use or even see the on-site facilities offered by the hotel. There is an exercise room and a swimming pool. We traveled to Branson to meet friends and enjoy time together. There were many restaurants to choose from as the hotel is very well located in Branson. A short drive of less than 5 minutes offered several well known chain restaurants.

Every thing look just as it was advertised. The Front Desk Was on top of there game, and was very nice. The pool was great. The hole experiences was great, with no issues. Thank you.

We did not get the chance to send time in the lobby area, for me it would have been great if there was a bar, in that way stayed there and would not had to go out. The bed made my wife back hurt and I thought that we would have to find another spot, but she was a true trooper.

They have the mostest friendly breakfast worker. She was so precious and sweet. Always ready to help you, and she kept everything VERY cleaned and stocked. She definitely loves her job, and was going above and beyond to serve others! She always greeted us with a genuine smile every morning. If she was my employee, I'd make sure to let her know just how valuable she is. There isn't many hard workers left out there in the work force, but hands-down she is working for this company with ALL she has. GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE!!! She has more than earned it.❤

the property was very nice and clean. right on the strip, very close to a lot of the main attractions!

the only thing was that it’s kind of down a hill, so due to ice we had to leave early, and it was very difficult to get up that hill when there was ice. Not the property’s fault.

Great location, easy access to nearby events, and sites!!

I'm paying a rate but getting less. I used to have my room straightened daily and clean towels. That was the old days. Now, my room is left unattended until I leave. To be fair though, if I needed anything all I had to do was ask. It was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was wonderful. Our kids loved the scrambled eggs, omelettes, yogurt varieties, and waffles. I enjoyed the oatmeal- there were so many toppings! Brown sugar, craisins, chocolate chips, coconut, almonds, and more.

The staff were very friendly. The hot breakfasts were wonderful. Room was very clean. It was centrally located to the shows that we had tickets to see.

I did not find any issues.

very clean , linens clean, well stocked, environment clean, easy access, ice machine operative and stocked, and very helpful staff members. Excellent location and easy access to get into facilities. The Assistant Manager accommodated me when they didn’t get the booking reservation in a timely manner and was able to still get me accommodated for the duration of the stay. I’ll return to this location for the great customer service I received!!!

not enough parking

it was clean and the rooms had good air conditioning

there were 3-4 hotels called this and when I put it in my maps it took me to the wrong hotel but when I arrived there was no hotel. it was just a random spot on the road so I drove circles trying to find out which was the real address
