The breakfast was excellent! Best we had our entire 2 week trip from home. Housekeeping staff was very polite and seemed very efficient. I LOVED the recliner and reading lamp in the room!

No complaint whatsoever.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It had a warm family feel. The bright security lights over the parking lot was most welcomed. I was especially impressed and appreciative of one of the ladies, who worked in the Breakfast Room, and rescued my forgotten purse. She saved me from much anguish on my return home. Her honesty and helpfulness should be a genuine source of pride for your establishment. My heartfelt thanks to her.

The Breakfast food temperature was barely warm. (Biscuits & Gravy) were especially a problem, on one occasion they were essentially cold. Also, fresh fruit would be better than canned. On our last day the line for breakfast was out the door and down the hall --not acceptable.

We came in February so there weren't many people staying here, that being said we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast and they did put a lot of effort into it. Eggs, Sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, French toast, and then your fruit bar, along with cereal, waffles and your juices and coffee. It seems a lot of people like it because of the breakfast! But some people suggested the line was too long during summer months. Again we went in February. The rooms was quite nice since we got the spa bath. But I would have to say it's just a regular hotel room! Nothing special.. but what we did love was how much they displayed Christian music and Bibles! We love Jesus!! And so glad we picked a hotel that displayed their love for him as well! The pool was great for me! It was all one level no deep ins. There was not hot tub also. And no snack machines...

For how famous the hotel is, I think they should open a coffee/ smoothie bar or just a snack bar inside! There's so much room in the hotel for upgrades!!!

It was in a good location. Close to all of the fun things that Branson has to offer. The hotel was nice. The room was pretty clean. The breakfast was spectacular. And they changed it up both days so we didn’t have to eat the same breakfast twice in a row! The view from the room was awesome. We could see the big Branson Ferris wheel!

I didn’t notice until the last morning we were there but there was dried blood on the blanket. We are certain it wasn’t from us. Which is really gross. I had always heard hotels don’t change the bedding after every guest….maybe that is true.

They have free breakfast and I think that's a major attractor for tourists. The lobby and outside is decorated so nice for Christmas! It's so cozy! Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I asked for new towels the first and second day by leaving my used towels outside the door. On the third day, they left new towels outside without even being asked. :) On the strip and close to SDC!

This may or may not be applicable but I believe the filter in the window unit needed to be changed. Every morning we woke up with a terribly stuffy nose and we never wake up with that.

The hotel itself was very inviting and smelled very good. It wasn't the typical hotel feel. The rooms were nice, big and clean! The spa tub was very relaxing. The indoor pool was a big hit for the kids and bigger than most indoor hotel pools which was nice. We liked the buffet style breakfast, it was great. The staff was very friendly as well. It is right on the strip, but not right in front of a super busy location so getting in and out of the parking lot was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

We have nothing to complain about!

Everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a request and also needed clarification on something posted. They took the time to call and answer all questions we had. Can’t remember a hotel ever taking the initiative to call me. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The hot breakfast was delicious and a wonderful start to the day. The pool area was nice and kept clean. Like the fact a wall opened up so had a protected outdoor pool during the stay with the flexibility of an indoor pool when weather dictates. The location was perfectly in the center of things with some theaters and attractions within walking distance

It was a walk to breakfast. It is a good size property so some walking is involved. With health issues it was a problem at times but doable. Also due to a mobility issue this trip wish the toilet was chair/comfort height instead of standard The higher toilets are becoming so common I hope it expands more Handicap is not needed and this one small change would help

Lodge is always our "GO TO" place to stay when in Branson. Staff is always friendly and accomodating. Place is always clean. This was our first time of our many stays that we used the pool, warm and enjoyable.

Suggestions: maybe a little updating to the bathroom, and something has changed with the breakfast--seems like less choices, and biscuits seemed a little overdone and dry. One morning the milk seemed not as cold as other days. Mentioned it to worker and the next day milk was back up to being cold

Beds were very comfy, room was clean and spacious. Quiet. Great location.

The bathroom was nice, however the tub was very deep and difficult to get in and out of. We were grateful for the grab bars, but it was still a bit unsettling. Bars of soap and shampoo were skimpy. TV did not work correctly, the picture was "wonky"; not in focus and very"pixely". We informed the front desk, said they would said maintence to fix it. They did not. Informed them again at checkout. Breakfast was plentiful, but mediocre.

We liked the look of the place in general. Distinctive (uncommon) with a modern rustic/rough-hewn look. Breakfast had a lot of options and was available till 10. The stafff was very friendly, especially in the dining room. The pool was large and the colored furniture around it, matching the colorful walls, was very cute ( we looked for the name of it so we could get some ourselves). We hadn’t realized it was a ‘Christian’ hotel till we drove up and read the changing Bible quotations on the marquee, and then realized the music played in the public rooms was all Christian songs, but no one pushed it down our throats or ‘blessed’ us, so it was comfortable.

Our room had a big empty space where a table or 2nd desk would be very helpful. No recycling ( one person said the town didn’t offer it, tho). The plastic utensils were individually portioned out, which reduced waste, but they used styrofoam plates and bowls and bread slices were individually wrapped in plastic-unnecessary and what a waste.
