The pools were great, the cottage was great for our family. Great location, minutes from everything

When we checked in the gentleman was very friendly and check in was quick and easy but then he said we had to step across and get our parking pass from the concierge! Then the concierge started trying to set us up for a 2 hr tour. He offered us gift cards to come to the tour. I felt like I had been scammed or tricked. Long story short we didn’t go on the tour, enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the cottage and the pools. I really can’t decide if we will go back only because of the way the “concierge “ was handled.

The pool and fire pit area near the check in office was beautiful. The outside facilities were wonderfully kept and it was all very welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful at check in as well! The house was clean, well stocked, and really comfortable. It is a perfect mix of a hotel vibe, but the privacy of an Airbnb. The check out instructions were very simple, and not too much where I felt we had to clean the entire house before leaving. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking here for all family trips in the future! I should also add that the pool being indoor/outdoor and heated is a huge plus!

Minor maintenance- I think the upstairs bathroom could use a deep cleaning/replacing some of the caulk around the tub as it looked like a lot of dirt and grime has built up with having a sliding glass door instead of a shower curtain. One of the dining chairs had a leg that is not screwed in properly and would have broken had someone sat in it the wrong way. And lastly we did wish that the living room was a little more inviting to hang out in, with 6 people in our group, we could really only have 2 people on the couch and 1 in the chair so it didn’t leave much room for sitting by the fire.

The three bedroom had plenty of room for three couples and two toddlers.

The doors out of the unit to outside had locks but unlocked when the paddle style handle was pushed. The problem is even the one year old can stand up to it and unlock the door and then is able to get out of the unit. This is extremely unsafe. A lock that must be turned to unlock the door would be much safer for littles as well as people traveling with people with cognitive impairment. Also towels were not very soft. For it being a resort that is more pricey I would hope for better than one ply toilet paper.

The location was close enough to everything. The views were great. It was so nice having a whole little house during our vacation instead of just a hotel room with no kitchen. It was also nice to be able to do our laundry so it was one less thing to worry about when we got home. It is to be noted that they will try to sell you on a timeshare but you can easily decline. We did go and it took 2 full hours but got free tickets to multiple shows for our family of 5.

The doors need locks on the inside like hotels have. I have a 2 year old and keeping him inside was a challenge because he could easily unlock the deadbolt so it was a safety issue. The bottom bedroom had no curtains and the outside lights are very bright at night so I had difficulty getting to sleep. The kiddie pool section looks great but some features weren't working or they just didn't do anything so it was kind of boring for my two year old. Aside from that everything else was perfect.

The house was adorable, clean, well decorated and tons of space. I read a few reviews about how the floors were dirty and should bring your own mop. I did but realized it’s because they have the black top roads. I had a toddler, so I did mop but germs bug me more than stains…I don’t think it was a lack of cleaning. I would stay here again any day and I am the very particular. The whole family absolutely loved this place.

The pool was great, the slide area and the toddler area. The main swimming pool was very gross, it was cloudy and the pool liner or paint was everywhere. My daughter had it stuck in her hair and swim suit. Needs to be redone and then there would be nothing to complain about this whole place!

Big accommodations! Great location!

We checked in late and they disabled our keys the next day so we *had* to visit their timeshare booth. Which I had to tell them repeatedly we were not interested in!

The location was great, but even better was the cottage. It is so cute and decorated so neat with the nautical theme. The ceilings are tall, the beds are comfy and roomy bedrooms. We love the two-story cottage and how we had so much space. The price was excellent. Looking forward to hopefully staying here again at Thanksgiving.

I have no complaints. Very pleased with the entire experience. We even had an air conditioning issue with our first cottage, so they quickly got us moved to a new unit with a working A/C.

We liked the little vacation village setting and that it was close to everything that we planned to do. The cottage had plenty of space and was exceptionally clean. It was a great value for the location. Great for a family vacation with two adult children so that everyone had their own space. It was an ideal get away location.

We did not like a crawl space that was large and open in the upstairs queen bedroom closet that only was closed by one nail rather than the large space being secured shut during our stay. It did not feel safe and secure as it would've had it been nailed shut during our stay. We did not like that two random vehicles with no parking ID showed up on the last two nights of our stay that parked in our parking space in front of our cottage. We would've preferred shades on the decorative windows for the option to cover those.

Close proximity to town and lake. Pools were very nice; we were close enough to walk to one and shuttle service was available to visit the other. We absolutely loved the decor in our unit, very modern and bright with high ceilings, beautiful wide staircase. We also enjoyed the well-kept grounds, the lighthouse and Nantucket style elements such as the large fish--very fun!

We would like to have been informed of the nearest beaches, we had a hard time navigating around the lake and didn't know what to type in our GPS. If I were to request something to add to the resort, it would probably be adding more to the water park areas such as a wave pool.

We loved how spacious the cottage that we stayed in was. The accommodations and the ambiance was wonderful! We had access to the swimming pool and the restaurants on the property which was convenient. The whole property was just beautiful.

The only thing was the stairs to get into the swimming pool needed repairing and could not be used while we were there. Also the water in the Hot tub appeared to be really cloudy so I decided not to use it as much as I really wanted to get in it. Additionally none of the food concessions at the swimming pool were open while we were there.
