I have stayed here over 5 different times alway Hot tub was open, 10am till 9pm. Even states on their advertisement. When I got there, we were poached by a lady at the hot tub says they close at 7 o’clock. We won’t be staying there again.

Absolutely loved the view of the lake from our balcony. So relaxing. So glad we rented the golf cart to explore around the resort. Hot tub was amazing by the pool. The jacuzzi tub in our room was a big hit! Very well maintained grounds

I didn't like that the amenities closed so early. Went to get pizza at 8:30 and already closed. Same as thirsty's and the other trucks. The oasis pool area closed at 10:00. Thinking it was adults only should be open later. I think some adult only night life would be great. Definitely needs an adult area/ club with a later night life for guest. Games, drinks, music, dancing, TV with sports. A gathering place to meet new friends.

Bed was firm and comfortable. Staff was responsive when a few minor issues were reported (drain & toilet paper holders falling off wall). Sheets and towels were great. Our condo was next to bldg to swap towels and get toiletries, so it was convenient. Located away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, but only approx 15 mins. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Check out was great. Just leave key cards in Condo.

Check in took 30 mins and did not seem simplified. Shower floor was stained and carpet felt like it needed to be cleaned. Because it was so close to Silver Dollar City, we got stuck in its traffic a couple of times.

Great room lots of space for family beautiful home and stayed in a three bedroom luxury with hot tub had a patio was great for the kids loved being right across I can walk across the parking lot to the slide and hot tub

I didn't like how fast the hot water ran out I was on the fourth floor and it took a long time for us to get water it didn't matter we weren't wanting anything else no water no like dishwasher no washing machine nothing but still didn't have hot water to fill our hot tub had to wait an hour in between just filling up the hot tub and then put more hot water in it so making it only lukewarm

The space is great and location was great. Staff was very friendly. Loved the activities available to the kids. I liked the pots and pans available in the kitchen. We were able to make a full breakfast.

The walls are soooo thin. You can hear other rooms on either side. Two trash sacks for a 3 bedroom is NOT enough. Just leave additional bags every time. No one wants to have to leave the condo for more bags and when we did the towel room was closed. No shampoo and conditioner. That would be nice to have.

The amenities and extras were nice. The Oasis pool was very nice. Grounds were clean and well kept. The inside was clean but could use some refreshing paint on the walls in spots.

The toilets and sinks are very low and hard to get up from. Had to bend over to brush teeth, etc. No cabinet space in the kitchen. Dishes were in a drawer. Otherwise a great stay. Beds were adequate. Rooms overall were small.

I was in aware at first what I was going to however upon my arrival I was told all of the amazing perks of this resort including free use of lake vehicles I.e. kayaks paddle boards water trikes and peddle boats. Also they had 24 hr mini golf and arcade and multiple beautiful pools open from 10-10. Being an introvert by nature it had enough secluded areas that I didn’t feel overcrowded which was fantastic. I completely recommend anyone with or without children to go here for your stay in Branson.

The only complaint I really had was that the jets both in my room tub and the hot tubs were lacking in oomph but they were still nice none the less.

I loved the resort/apartment look. Very comfortable and relaxing. Waking up to see the lake out front was even better. So much space for the family. The washer & dryer was a major plus. Tons to do on the campus for FREE! I will definitely be back!

I didn’t like that the laundry area closed so early, therefore we weren’t able to exchange our dirty towels the last night. The staff at the front desk, I realized how nice she was to a man in front of me that was checking in late , so was I. She offered him coupons and free things, but once I got to the counter, my encounter with her was very rushed off. I did feel offended because I’m paying my hard earned money to stay here just as anyone else!

Liked the lodging and size of rooms. Fit 17 people very well. We had ground level rooms right next to each other which was great. Close to everything we needed. Also was very happy they had the rooms ready for us earlier than the normal check in time. That was great as we came Christmas eve.

Would have liked there to be paper towels in the condos. No indoor pool but the new indoor Waterpark is, almost done so next time we visit the kids can swim. Would not affect my rating of our stay at all.

We stayed in building H it was perfect! The only thing that was bad is you could hear what is going on above. So if the tenants above have children you are going to hear them. It’s one of the rooms that have a room right next to you so it has the door from the inside to get acess to the other tenants room (of course they can’t get in w out you unlocking it) you can also hear what’s going on in the next room. But all in all it’s worth the money and the view is great!! So comfortable! The jet tub is amazing! Wi-Fi is ok could be better. Did not try anything food on site. But you can door dash
