This was our annual "Girl's Weekend" trip. The free eats and drinks were very nice. The food was tasty. Staff was very kind and accommodating. We were conveniently close to the exit, making loading in and out, easier. All in all, we were very satisfied. We will probably return next year!

Beds were a little too firm for my family's liking. Room with a "view", ended up being a view of the pool ~ not exactly what we were expecting for a "view". Also, I called ahead and asked to be close to the elevator, as I walk with a walker. We were not near the elevator. In fact, we were on the opposite side of the hotel, all the way, away from the dining area.

This Drury Inn wasn't quite as nice as what we've experienced elsewhere. The food choices for breakfast were a little more average. It is a nicely decorated hotel with good facilities. The fitness room is nice and offers choices. It is off a main highway exit, but there is construction going on at this time. There are restaurants and shopping nearby (by car).

The free breakfast was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional. The overall atmosphere and appearance of the hotel was luxurious.

It would have been nice to know about the $50 deposit when I was booking. I was traveling on a tight budget to begin with and believed I had paid everything for the hotel in advance. Had I known about the deposit I would have been better prepared and would have more spending cash to enjoy my trip with. $50 may not sound like alot but it did have a negative impact on my trip requiring me to adjust my itinerary even though I got it back when I checked out.

property was very clean and like new. our room and bed were very comfortable. the supper at night was actually good and included in your rate which made up for the $40 pet charge for one night. there was access to an indoor pool directly from the back door in your room which would be nice with kids.

we had to leave early (4am) to head home and a couple shady people hanging around the side parking lot and at the convenient store across the street. was actually thankful I had my dog with me at the time.

They had drinks and dinner buffet from 5:30-7 that was free. The room had a extra door that led into the pool area, that was pretty cool. The area was next to a lot of stores/restaurants including a mall.

I was a very disappointed with the breakfast, the only thing I like was the bagels, fried potatoes and the orange juice. Everything else was imitation or bland food, they had a lot to choose from like they described but the biscuits were hard as a rock, the oatmeal was very thick, the waffles didn’t taste right like the batter was old, the eggs and sausage looked funny so I didn’t eat them and the other juices tasted weird. The pillows were to flat for me.

Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms. Bed comfortable. Kickback supper and drinks were great. Breakfast next morning was great except they were out of milk and juice and water didnt work??

Lack of morning crew at breakfast to remedy issue with being out of milk. There are many grocery stores within a block that they could have obtained needed items. Water was simple fix just set out pitchers of water? Water pressure in room was poor but due to the issue with system I am assuming. Juice machine doesn't work either when water pressure down. Again could have been resolved before 630 crowd.

I liked the pool and hot tub, it was crowded though.. we wished the pool was outside like it was stated when I booked it. We loved the excellent breakfast!!!

Indoor pool.. thought it would be outside.. we had paid for the King size suite but we’re in a room with two queens… they apologized and reimbursed us for the difference…

The location was fantastic. The staff who assisted during the drink/food time were very friendly and helpful! The food was good but everything was cold except the soup.

The food, with the exception of the soup, was cold. The staff upon checkout was not very friendly. I wish there was a shuttle service for the hotel.

The location was perfect! staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and so nice to wake up to a hot meal.

Our room was located right next to the pool so there was a scent of chlorine and we could here noise from the pool area. next time I will request a room away from the pool.

FIRST OF ALL_--the manager (Aaron) has made special efforts for me to have a room that was close to everything i would need--(lobby/breakfast area---pool---main floor)----Aaron has been exceptional throughout---and also the entire staff (front desk, the breakfast/food area) continue to provide the top service----prior to my last visit there--I had never stayed at a Drury Inn---now when in Columbia---this is the only place I'll consider
