I loved everything about the property, but what stood out the most was the cleanliness. The beds are firm, but the linens were nice, comfy, and clean. The room had some of the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff was very professional, and I loved the lighting in the room we stayed in(a double queen). The thermostat being on the wall was nice as well because you don’t freeze as easily as you do with just a unit with a knob like most hotels. I’ve read through reviews and that helped me make my decision to stay here with my family, and we were not disappointed. They seem to really respond to any concerns. I appreciate professionalism and integrity. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast spread every morning was great and had a variety. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The pool was warm and good size and stayed open till 10pm. They serve cookies every night from 8 to 9pm which was great for the kids. The location was 20 to 25 min to everything we wanted to do, which wasn't to bad of a drive.

The pool could have been cleaned a little better/more. A little cloudy and stuff at the bottom

Loved the quiet location. All the staff at the front desk and breakfast were super friendly. Our daughter loved the nightly cookies and milk.The three cleaning staff I spoke with were friendly and respectful, with the exception of one. This one was upset that I brought wet towels down for exchange vs leaving them to dampen the hallway outside our door. Acted as if she would get a disease if she took them from me.

Pillows were so comfortable. Wish I could buy some for my personal use. Staff was always very friendly. Breakfast was good, except my husband would have liked doughnuts or sweet rolls instead of muffins. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable.

When we checked in, the receptionist seemed to work hard at putting my 2 rooms close together but they ended up on 2 different floors by the time they arrived. Also, they were given a room number that was already occupied. Thankfully the key did not work. But they woke the occupant at 11;30 PM trying to get in. I think this was all on the earlier shift not communicating with the late shift. Also, could not make any changes to the rooms because I booked with a third party (Booking.com) and I ended up paying for one room for one night that we did not use.

The breakfast was very good. I wasn't expecting a hot meal so this was really nice. The room was large and spacious (got handicap room). The accessories on the bathroom were very good to accommodate our needs.

We had a little difficulty getting hot water in room. Staff explained that the handle had to be turned completely on. Don't recall if we did that. She also stated that we could have called the desk for immediate help.

The property was great. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I liked the large lobby and the Suite shop was handy and inexpensive. The pool was nice and towels were always stocked. no complaints there.

The only complaint I had was that the beds were super firm and not very comfortable. I’m not sure if that was just our room or all the rooms, but 3 of our group of 5 didn’t sleep well any of the 3 nights we were there. The 2 that did sleep well are young children.

Spic&span clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom shower was huge, and spa like. Really good food nearby. Staff was super friendly, and welcoming.

Would’ve liked extra blankets in the room, although I’m sure if I asked the desk they’d have provided them. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Looking forward to booking again.

The room we stayed in was very clean and me and my husband loved the set-up of the room. The breakfast was hot, and the breakfast bar was very well put together. We had enough of everything that we needed.

That we stayed for 2 days and there were no breakfast potatoes. The syrup tasted like perfume or maybe it was the butter not sure.

The room and configuration of the furniture was great. Loved the big desk and the fact that the tv could face either the bedroom or the living room.

The lady at the breakfast area was awesome, but the food was not that great. Regular scrambled eggs and sausages would have been better than the pre-made western omelets which are not good!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was good and it was different for every day of our 5 day stay The staff called us when my husband left his glasses in our room. We were able to get them before our flight left We loved the nightly "Cookie Lady" she was a joy!!

Miss having housekeeping come in daily to tidy up and change the towels But we know with Covid they need to keep the staff safe We were able to get everything we needed from the front desk
