The location was easy to find. The breakfast was good. I found the food, the room and location better than I expected. Everything was clean and decent! Nothing fancy, but nice nevertheless. After traveling all day we had to make a stop, so I am glad we chose this motel.

We should have gotten more face towels. We had 2 grandkids with us. Carpet isn’t standard flooring anymore, so LVP flooring would have been better. Also better window treatments. They were cheap looking, and the coverage wasn’t too good for privacy.

The 3 different front desk people all were so friendly!! When we checked in the young gentleman made sure that we saw that he had mopped so we wouldn't fall. When we brought dinner back the next person talked to us about were we went. Just made us feel so welcome. Bathroom very clean and breakfast was good. The window shades were so cool!!

Mold on air conditioner vents! Hair dryer in a weird spot. For a heated pool, it was a little chilly.

It was new and clean - what's not to like! Except for ONE BIG THING. Explained in the next box.

THE DOOR TO THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. I HAVE A BAD BACK AND I BARELY HAD THE STRENGTH TO OPEN THE DOOR! IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT . . . I WAS TOLD BUT A FIRE REQUIREMENT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IN A WHEELCHAIR WOULD DO? I AM 70 YRS OLD AND IT WAS VERY HARD. VERY SORE SHOULDERS THE NEXT DAY!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly. My grandkids enjoy the pool.

I wish the breakfast choices would change from day to day, scrambled eggs and sausage everyday. Also my room was clean but no one cleans the hallway the same trash was in front of the elevator doors on the second floor my entire stay.

It was still hot breakfast when I arrived around 7 ish n the morning a hour later cuz it starts at 6a.m. very proud of that n many lil different options to pick from. Rooms very cold n nice n they even have the good soap (dove)😃

Im not a smoker but my mom is the back side where u smoke at they could use umbrellas to block out the sun on the tables would b nice

For our purposes, the location was great & amenities perfect. I used the fitness center daily. The breakfast offerings were sufficient.

Hot water was lacking in our room. I mentioned it when we checked out & the clerk said she'd let maintenance know & have it checked out. Breakfast hours could be extended for those late risers. Doors close very loudly & disturbed our sleep.

Javon at the front desk was a simple pleasure to deal with. ..makes the journey easier. Asked for extra coffee for the room and without question he brought me my coffee. Thank you. Room was clean and a good size; pillows were comfortable. Breakfast smelled good and people were gathering and laughing. Great way to start the day

Very convenient location. We were upgraded to a suite for free. Nice complementary breakfast.

We have stayed here before and a few things seemed to be a little worse this time- there was more hallway noise to be heard in our room and the mattress was not as comfortable. Still not bad overall, but maybe declining?

The location was really good and easy to find. The area is growing and only minutes away from a lot of different places to eat. The breakfast was good.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel everything about the hotel was great, from checking in to checking out. The hotel appears to be very new and it is super clean and smell good even in the hallways.

Not able to communicate with the front desk when trying to set up an extra night when we reserve two rooms , and the front desk peoples aren’t very helpful …don’t offer late check out bc only have two maids for a very large hotel
