Breakfast was a good variety! All was hot and plenty. Tables and seating area were clean. A very pleasant surprise was at check-in……very nice desk clerk presented us with coupons for drinks and an invitation to join all guests for a happy hour (5:30-7pm). There was such a variety of food that we didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner! (Hot dogs, salad, pulled pork sandwiches, Mac ‘n cheese, baked beans, nachos, popcorn.) Such a welcome treat since it was raining outside too. It seems rare to have such an abundant offer, but so appreciated. Nice job! And the staff was so helpful and nice.

The rooms seemed a bit dated, but the beds were clean and very comfortable.

The location was perfect; the Inn was very close to the place I came to visit. I was pleasantly surprised when Jake let me know food and three drinks were included with my room reservation! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were extraordinary. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Meeting Jake at check-in was my first experience with Drury. He is an exceptional person who made me feel welcomed and at ease. His customer service skills are nothing short of stellar. KaCee, Payton & Karen were equally as helpful & personable. All of the staff made me feel like an important guest, which I cannot say has happened before to this degree in my 61 years of various travels. I was sorry for my quick Missouri trip to be over, but Kathy & Josh served breakfast the next morning with smiles and kindness. All in all, my stay was excellent. I was already thinking about seeing Jake on my next trip. I understand he is moving to a different Drury Hotel, out of state. He will bring wonderful skills wherever he is located. Isn't it funny, I was saddened I wouldn't meet him again; that is how profound a positive impression he made. Kathy gave me a brochure listing all Drury Hotels; I plan to make Drury my first choice when traveling. I even picked up an extra brochure to mail to my sister in Arizona, because she & her husband travel in their retirement. Thank you for a wonderful mini-vacation. I look forward to staying again.

Truly, there was nothing I didn't like. My stay was lovely.

A beautifully remodeled property -quiet & comfortable. Gorgeous local art by local photographers featuring iconic Cale Girardeau architecture and properties from the surrounding area. Free hot breakfast is the best! And Kickback dinner, included in our stay, was awesome, allowing us to enjoy our stay in our amazing suite! A great value for the price, ensuring a wonderful carefree stay! And staff really took great care of us!

The room was huge loved the bed so comfy the staff was the friendliest staff I have ever meet one of the ladies working my last night there informed me that there was a drug hotel on property at Disney in Florida and I have already booked my room for vacation in July if 2025

Everything was wonderful

Amazing customer service and every hotel associate I came in contact with was very welcoming and super friendly. They are very family friendly and free breakfast and dinner was a plus. Food options were great and better than most hotel spreads. The ladies working front desk and dining areas are literally the sweetest.

That we didn't stay longer. 😀

I walked into the lobby upon arrival to the smell of fresh popcorn and 2 very friendly employees Chrissy and Jake! We always travel with our 2 boxers and after a fast check in, Jake asked that I please bring the boxers by the front lobby. My wiggle butts love people so of course we let them meet Jake. We didn't take advantage of the kick back tickets, to full from Thanksgiving dinner, but appreciated the fact that we could have a couple of beverages and snacks if we wanted to.

I didn't like that I was in a hurry for black Friday shopping and didn't take advantage of the great breakfast area. I took coffee to go and it was fabulous

Our first room had an issue and the staff worked with us better than expected to get us moved to a different room and cover the charges for the night for the inconvenience. The room was fantastic and the staff was wonderful!

I would recommend improving the lighting in the rooms. It is very dark.

The breakfast was great. Location was good, easy to get to. Close to everything. Room was clean, I do like that the bed is in a separate room with no windows. My husband is the kind of person that once he sees the sunlight he awake.

Staff, location, food, etc were excellent. Room was comfortable, however, the room we stayed in, the bathroom could use a little attention. Floor tiles and corners were pretty nasty. We really like staying at Drury. Staff have always been extremely friendly. We will continue to stay.

It was good but if you stayed for more than one day it was a repeat of yesterday's breakfast. Like the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. Two TVs. The happy hour drinks.

Not a thing but the parking. We have a handicap tag and people parked in the handicap spots with no tag or plates.
