The room was clean, easy access. We didn’t interact with the staff much, didn’t need to. Easy early checkout. The breakfast has some hot items! The coffee was average. We were able to park within 50’ of our room. Super
The coffee was average, came out of a stand-alone automatic machine. A Keurig would have been a better option. But… that was not a deal breaker for us. We would stay there again.

Staff was super friendly; had extra toiletries so I was saved when I realized I forgot the toothpaste. It is an older facility but very clean.
The pillows had no support at all and the controls on the air unit didn’t work so the room was a little too warm.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Bed was comfortable and our king room was spacious had a large TV.
Bathroom was clean but the toilet paper holder was broken. The outdoor pool looked nice but closed to early (9pm) that by the time we got back to our room it was to late to swim.

Fantastic breakfast, beautiful pool (we didn’t get to use), convenient location. Very pleasant staff.
Being a non smoking facility, is great. But allowing smoking right outside the doors and at the pool allows the smoke to infiltrate facility when door is opened as patron enter an exit. Staff eating breakfast in dining area was a little odd. A huge dog and it’s person, sat in the vestibule for several hours was uncomfortable as we entered snd exited.

the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice place. Easy access. Convienient parking . Nice location to most things in Cape. If you have a mode of transportations. Will be back when we stay in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

The pool was very nice and the staff was very friendly! The location was easy to find and close to the splash park & lazy l safari!

I was sent to a dirty room first no sheets etc they gave me another room quickly. they was kind … the second day of my stay my key didn’t work … all small things and they fixed it

Breakfast foods ran out 45 minutes before 9:00 a.m. end time--had to ask to be restocked, which took about 20 minutes.
