Was a great location in KC! Kind of a little tucked away, hidden gem. The staff were all very friendly, and the rooms were clean, with a rainfall shower head, that really made my morning. Wish we had tried the breakfast! Next time!

The elevators smelled like something was burning. They operated okay, didn’t have signs stating there was danger, and no one else seemed immediately concerned. But there’s always the thought, as you’re boarding the elevator, like “what if we’re the ones who end up getting in trouble in here!?”

The facility is beautiful, and at first look I was very excited about staying here.

Was not expecting to pay $25 for parking, and the breakfast provided for $15/person was very minimal - it was what you might expect for a free breakfast elsewhere. Eggs were (yuck), fresh fruit was good. No warm oatmeal, omelets, or anything personalized about the breakfast experience. We jog every morning, and the nearby park .2 miles away was full of homeless making camp there - which caused us to hoof it to Loose Park 1 mile away, very beautiful park. It was advertised as “airport” but the airport is a good 30 minutes away.

The breakfast was nice but the atmosphere/decor could have been more in tune with the rest the hotel's decor. Plants or pictures would break up the sterility.

The floor of my room was not cleaned during my stay. Getting cabs was tricky and I would have expected reception to phone cabs. I had a 2.5 hour wait with the company/number they supplied. Not everyone has Uber.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

I wish there was a pool! For the price we paid, we are used to having a pool option. I think parking also was something that was frustrating, we paid for parking at the hotel and the second night we had to wait 20 minutes for a parking spot to even open up.

I liked how modern & chic the hotel looked. Very beautiful & classy.

I didn't like the location of the hotel. It was very difficult to spot. Parking was a bit of a hassle, being that cars blocked the entry way. Upon checkin, we were given room #136, which didn't lock. Luckily the woman working 3-11 shift was very nice! She removed us into a room with working doors, & everything was handled.

Time it took to check in. We had just driven 9.5 hours and it was late. We didn’t like having to wait for the staff to get info from booking.com.

The place was clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff at the breakfast was the best. Very modern rooms, quiet, nice.

There were no ice machines. To get ice you had to go to the front desk or bar. If the bar was closed (most of the time) you had to wait for the front desk staff to be free to go to the bar and get ice. Also $17 to park, stupid. Add that into the room price. Buy an ice machine for the floors. There were vending/ice rooms with no vending/ice.

Loved John the bartender. He was super friendly and very professional when it came to making drinks. He was also fun to talk to. Spent hours there just because of him. The front desk was nice and hospitable.

Everything was great.

The staff, all encountered, were very professional. I even commented to one of the associates at the front desk that their customer service was exceptional.

The bed could have been more comfortable, however, nothing is as comfortable as your own bed. It was too firm for my liking.
