The facility is beautiful, and at first look I was very excited about staying here.

Was not expecting to pay $25 for parking, and the breakfast provided for $15/person was very minimal - it was what you might expect for a free breakfast elsewhere. Eggs were (yuck), fresh fruit was good. No warm oatmeal, omelets, or anything personalized about the breakfast experience. We jog every morning, and the nearby park .2 miles away was full of homeless making camp there - which caused us to hoof it to Loose Park 1 mile away, very beautiful park. It was advertised as “airport” but the airport is a good 30 minutes away.

I liked how modern & chic the hotel looked. Very beautiful & classy.

I didn't like the location of the hotel. It was very difficult to spot. Parking was a bit of a hassle, being that cars blocked the entry way. Upon checkin, we were given room #136, which didn't lock. Luckily the woman working 3-11 shift was very nice! She removed us into a room with working doors, & everything was handled.

The place was clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff at the breakfast was the best. Very modern rooms, quiet, nice.

There were no ice machines. To get ice you had to go to the front desk or bar. If the bar was closed (most of the time) you had to wait for the front desk staff to be free to go to the bar and get ice. Also $17 to park, stupid. Add that into the room price. Buy an ice machine for the floors. There were vending/ice rooms with no vending/ice.

The staff, all encountered, were very professional. I even commented to one of the associates at the front desk that their customer service was exceptional.

The bed could have been more comfortable, however, nothing is as comfortable as your own bed. It was too firm for my liking.

Breakfast was amazing. Would have enjoyed enjoying it at the dining room…but I took it upstairs instead.

The first room smelled like cigarettes probably because the room was literally next to the street. BUT staff was super helpful and got us a new room with grace and no bad attitude. So appreciated. Bought breakfast would’ve been nice to be included in price.

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and went out of their way to help. 10 out of 10 for the staff.

The floor tiles in our room were beginning to come up around the edges and need attention.

nice location, walking distance to some good restaurants and bars, staff was very welcoming, clean amenities

no water bottles, I drink water like a fish and it was a minor inconvenience

We enjoyed the location, The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

It was a very muggy weekend it seemed as if our AC was not functioning properly.

Beautifully designed and decor

I thought we were going to have two rooms but we only had 1, still two beds but I thought double room meant two rooms

no breakfast... discount the rate a bit? free water was nice and available ice was convenient... WONDERFUL staffer..manager? [Fedorov?] who was SO helpful carting in my luggage and giving me directions... very knowledgeable and welcoming... he lives in McKinney TX and gets assigned to new hotels opening [and overseeing others?] his next stop he mentioned is Appleton WI... very outgoing and personable.... a real asset to your hotel's personnel
