It was very clean and close to some things. The staff was very nice.

It was on a hill and we had to pay for parking which wasn’t disclosed up front.

Location, staff, facilities and covered parking. The location was close to my family and within a short walking distance of restaurants and shops. Tom Krummel the Front Office Manager is very professional and knowledgeable. Marilyn Stanley house keeping made sure my room was clean and comfortable. The pool and work out room was well maintained. The parking garage was clean and safe. Yousef checked me out on Monday and helped me to update my rewards program.

I wish the building was little taller and had a rooftop viewing area to catch the sunrise and sunset.

It was clean and in a convenient location to walk to the Plaza area.

in my room i only had a problem with the toilet and bathroom sink, the toilet looked like it was urinated in (splatter on the toilet seat) when we first came in, its not a big deal though i simply wiped it off and the bathroom sink was just clogged, probably just needs snaked out.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The bathroom shower was big and modern. We had a room on the top floor it was a nice view of the city. The indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids.

The carpet in our room was sticky and gross. Walking around on it turned the bottoms of our feet black.

The hotel is in an amazing area and has clearly been recently refurbished. Everything is new and clean and the rooms are very spacious. The beds are big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff always left our room looking impeccable. Pool area is nice and clean.

Everything was great, there's nothing to be improved. We travel quite a lot and this hotel easily made it to our top 5. We will be back for sure.

The staff at check in were just wonderful. They asked what the occasion was and because it was for my birthday they gave me a room upgrade and a complimentary soda. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very nice. My kids enjoyed having multiple choices of waffles. We loved having the pool all to ourselves.

I would love free parking but it isn't something that happens in downtown areas and I get that.

The location was wonderful. Steps away from the Plaza and a short 5 min drive to UMKC. Parking was so easy, and compared to other hotels in the area, $20 a night was quite fair. The staff was so warm and friendly. THE cleanest breakfast area I have ever had at a chain hotel. Food was fully stocked. They were even going around a filling coffee at the tables. We will be back!

The front lobby staff were fantastic! Very helpful and very friendly. The veil was pretty great as well.

It wasn't very clean any where, I had to reclean the room just to feel partially ok, the pool area was gross there was stuff all over the floor, including a bandaid that sat there both days we were went to swim, there were too many floaties in the pool as well. If the cleanliness improved it be a 10

The front desk and other staff were very friendly, provided excellent service, and advice and ideas about what to do in the area, where to eat, etc. Our room was clean, well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was also clean and cozy warm (which my wife very much appreciated), nice new equipment in the gym too.
