The property was well kept, I personally like the fact that it is close enough to downtown Kansas City Missouri for all the events I had planned. Also surrounded by good restaurants that I also took advantage of, and knowing that there is a hospital only a Couple minutes away really had me at ease in case of an emergency.

It was very beautiful, accommodating , and quiet . Privacy respected , and welcomed by everyone working . The bed is one of the Comfyest beds I have ever slept in . Huge bathrooms and very clean 😍🤩

Always an advocate for pricing and discounts - more rewards and perks should be given to frequent members and customers!

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the Sonic fast food establishment so close by.

We were there for rest before the final leg of our trip home. It met our needs exceptionally well.

Located close to KU Medical Center, also restaurants nearby.

There wasn't soap or shampoo in the room, had to go to front desk to ask for some. Noisy guests playing loud music until after midnight. But this is the first time we have had trouble and have stayed here three times.

Great location and convenient to temper Arena. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. There were sausages for breakfast. Was able to get 1st floor room. TV remote did not work, so went to office soon after we checked in. Maintenance came the next morning and needed to replace tv.

Toilet paper holder bar missing. It snowed overnight and sidewalk was never scooped. Wished there were scrambled eggs for breakfast, but there were supply chain problems, so went with cereal that I brought along.

The room the service the breakfast and most of all that my dogs were able to stay for a decent price too.. I'll for sure come stay again soon..

the location was very convenient from where the location of the event was and didn’t have to travel far afterwards. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable bed.

only thing I didn’t like was that the lights didn’t work in our room. so are whole stay we had to make it work with the 1 lamp beside the bed working the whole time. we called the front desk and he did try to come fix it but what he did didn’t work.

The price was $40 difference between the 2 nights we stayed. We stayed on October 9th and October 12th.
