I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that checked us in, he was very polite and helpful. There was also a Mexican restaurant right next door that was delish and reasonable. The hotels comp breakfast was very good! Hot and cold items. I have a gluten free diet I have to follow and they had items for me as well. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and he's very picky, he even enjoyed his breakfast.

Our room had a funny odor like a wet dog. I always carry a diffuser and essential oils when I travel, once I had that running, I couldn't smell the odor any longer. But once my diffuser stopped running, you could smell the odor again.

For the first time ever, the room was not ready for us when we arrived at 6 pm. Attempting to be accommodating, the desk clerk switched us to a room that was ready. That was quick thinking and thoughtful, HOWEVER, we had reserved a king bed and were looking forward to it but the room we were switched to was one with double beds. We would have gladly waited a few minutes for the larger bed, but we were not advised of the difference until we got to the room. Tired from 6 hours of driving we just dealt with it instead of going back to the desk.

Front desk staff was excellent went above and beyond once I arrived! Had a booking problem but the young man at the front desk took action! Thanks to him I had room right next to my kids. Had a great stay!

They did not honor the website price due to unforseen circumstances I had to check in a day late. The person who answered the phone said I could check in a day late but did not take care of it correctly because when I arrived 1 of my rooms was canceled.

Location was good. Room was clean. Staff was excellent! Happy hour was fun. The food was a bit stale. Breakfast was nice but the food wasn't the greatest. The food seems like it had been made hours ahead of time. We were there shortly after they started serving so it wasn't because we showed up at the end of breakfast. Lot of options select from.

The pool was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned and was covered in bugs from the night before. It was disgusting!

This was me and my family's first time staying at the Pear Tree. The staff was great and the breakfast was amazing we also enjoyed the kick back.

We had the double room with double beds and the beds were a lot small. Also we were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. During kick back there was only one worker who was working the bar and checking customers in. Kick back should have lasted a little longer because she spent a lot of her time checking customers in. She had a long line at the bar and we were kind of rush to get all our drinks in. The host was great she just needed help.

the breakfast was just fine the location was excellent we always stay here when we our family travels to the area we really love the hospitality of the pear tree inn and price the front desk staff is always most friendly (as expected) thank you

my mother was cannot walk and we enjoy the happy hour i was unable to get her drinks for her as i was only able to get 3 drinks per person perhaps that could be changed do accomodate the disabled

We loved everything! The location was amazing, the staff were excellent, the cleanliness was superb. The disabled shower helped my pregnant wife shower by herself. She has a bulging disc in her back and being able to comfortably get clean was a priority that was well met. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was amazing.

the inside was very clean except for the glass elevator, windows needed some cleaning. food was pretty good. the beds were very comfortable!! The woman at the front desk was very nice

the pool was very dirty. Oil stuck to the sides, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. There were bugs and hair floating on top. Very Bad!!

It was super clean, and everyone was very friendly. They served breakfast which isn't happening many places right now.

The room was clean, and it was spacious for my needs, I liked the personal touch of the cleaning staff leaving a note of welcome on the bed. Bath was good, and the bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels in this price range. Front desk staff was personable and genuine. I eat only raw food, so I was glad there were some fruits to choose from at breakfast.

I wish there had been hotel information left in my room, such as a pamphlet or booklet telling me such things as pool hours, policies, etc. The fitness room had only a single treadmill, and I would have preferred a full fitness room to the pool, where noisy kids can be a nuisance after a long drive.
