A cowboy bellman made the trip very special. His name is Luke and he helped me with my truck. I had left something charging in the cigarette lighter adapter for several days and forgot about it. This drained my battery and Luke took it upon himself to track downa charging unit and get my vehicle started again. This type of initiative is exactly what you need in your staff. Going above and beyond. Thanks Luke.

The bed on the studio was not comfortable. They really need to upgrade mattresses. I had a Murphy bed and a hybrid coil and memory foam matress. Slept like a dream. These mattresses were not that. Only complaint. Everything else was exceptional.

Our room was a studio which we chose to get a full kitchen for the 2 of us, primarily to make breakfast. The room was a bit cramped, but well equipped and worked well for 2 of us. The resort has good facilities (we used the hot tub), is RIGHT next to the slopes, has a super convenient and friendly ski valet to store your gear overnight. It is part of the base complex that has restaurants, convenience store, and ski shops so everything is in walking distance.

The studios have Murphy beds that fold down from the wall, which saves space during the day but at night have 2 drawbacks. 1) there is no room to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom - I had to climb over the couch, and 2) bedside tables are not very usable. The free parking, while free, is about a ½ mile walk so don't forget anything in your car!

Can’t beat the location - right at base of Ramcharger and Swift lifts. Plus the Apres ski scene right outside is very fun. The staff were very nice and attentive - food at both restaurants was excellent and the large outdoor hot tub was a perfect way to end a ski day.

I booked one of the Queen studios. The addition of the kitchen and living room was very comfortable but the fireplace didn’t work and the queen Murphy bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were especially bad.

The location of the resort to the slopes in Big Sky is unmatched. There are slopes and lifts within a few feet of the property as well as rental desk for equipment. We utilized the hot tub after a long day of extreme physical sport. the room was clean and offered many snacks and beverages. Cozy fireplace and soft beds were a bonus for me.

The restaurants on the property close very early at 4pm. Once the ski and snowboarding are done for the day, so are most of the eating places on the property. There were 2 restaurants that did stay open to 9pm and a bar within walking distance that was open to midnight for drinks only. I would have liked more dinner options. The front desk didn't seem to be as informed as they told us most workers just got there as it is the start of winter season. It would have been more helpful with parking info and restaurant details.

The surprisingly comfortable Murphy bed allowed more space to move about during the day in this studio room. Well-equipped kitchen area. Quiet. Appreciated having the complimentary self-service laundry as well as a heated pool with adjacent steam room. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Lifts less than 50 yards away couldn't have been more convenient.

Some of the background music choices in public areas. Current pop playlist is too heavy on autotune and AI supported selections featuring maudlin lyrics.

Great location for ski access

Bed was uncomfortable and it wasn't very clear that it was just a pull-down bed. Staff were friendly but SO thirsty for tips and they had zero clue what they were doing this early. most of them had just started a week ago, so I will cut some slack there - but it's so uncomfortable to have staff expect tips for EVERYTHING, even stuff I didn't ask for

Your staff was excellent!!! So attentive and polite! The Bellstaff was excellent. Informative and polite loved the cowboy hats. Unfortunately I didn't get all of their names (including check in staff) but I did get the name of a young man that helped us leave. GRIFFIN was a wonderful example of an associate only wish other businesses had such luck finding people like him.

Free parking too far away. I feel as if we got ripped off on $30.00 a night for parking as walking was to far for us and not an option. The pull out bed was not comfortable.

View, staff, food, cleanliness. All exceptional! The large outdoor pool/hot tub was nice.

Pull down bed was a tad uncomfortable but excepted that with a pull down type. It was a nice feature though to give you more room in your hotel room.

The Summit Hotel was fabulous, the staff was great too. The breakfast was included and was delicious! Loved the espresso machine in the room.

We had a pull down bed which we didn’t like. There was definitely too much furniture in the room so it was a little overcrowded. My husband bumped his leg during the night trying to walk past bed and sofa. They could definitely eliminate the round coffee table in the room. Would make it much bigger.

We came to watch family member participate in the Rut running events. The location was perfect for doing just that. The staff at the hotel was excellent. Location was perfect.

The only room we could afford was an efficiency with a day bed. There was to much furniture in the room requiring rearranging when the Murphy bed was used.
