We booked the family suite. It had two separate bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, a bathroom, and a tv. There was also a central common room, which held two pull-out couches and a TV. If you have a Netflix account, you can access it directly by scanning an on-screen barcode with your phone scanning app. Breakfast was good and met the early day calorie needs of the most rambunctious child. The total capacity of the room, using both pull-out couches, was about 8 people, more if younger children can share as they would on a sleep-over. We paid under $US 250, so the value we received was unbelievable.

There is a water feature in the central corridor that makes the entrance smell slightly musty. That was my only negative comment

Responsive staff, clean room with comfy beds with clean sheets atop the conforters. Beautiful atrium lobby with waterfall feature, good breakfast with many choices, including the hard-boiled eggs we appreciate for my husband's diabetic diet.

Tub did not drain; retorted this in the morning to the desk attendant who immediately wrote it down as needing attention. Only one chair in the room. Prefer individual room AC units with customized choices to the "central air" provided; however, the room was nicely cooled and the fan noise was adequate for white noise.

I liked the aesthetic and build of the overall structure. The elevator makes it 100% better. When you walk in it looks like a boujee a** hotel!

The free breakfast provided could be a bit more than just a few options. I would like to see some hot prepared foods as well. I wish there was a swimming pool/hot tub for the children and us adults who enjoy a nice soak in the hot waters. The rooms aren’t that bad and personally they are very nice. I think they can benefit from a few touches that make the room a bit more functional.

beautiful building with a really cool infinite waterfall feature in the center. the room was clean, bright, and felt well kept.

the one down side was housekeeping assured us that our late checkout of 1pm was wrong. when I checked with the front desk, they assured me that our late checkout of 1pm was right, and that they would inform housekeeping. housekeeping then knocked again to tell me I should be out by noon. when I told housekeeping that I already confirmed our 1pm late checkout with the front desk, they apologized and left, but it was not the best experience. my family was traveling across country and had had a very long drive/late night and really wanted to rest before our next 7hr drive.

The location was perfect for our needs and the main lobby was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was good sized and had a nice view of the city life.

We had some A/C issues. the second day our A/C shut off and was not able to turn back on. It was very hot out and humid in the room and hotel itself. the A'C was turned back up early the following morning so it was resolved, but there was no explanation. The fridge was not fully cleaned from the previous guests. there were some cups in there left behind.

Even though they are in the midst of renovating, I found our room comfortable and clean. My bed was most comfortable and the different choices of pillows made for a good night's sleep. They even went the extra mile to find a refrigerator and microwave for us to use since the floor we were staying on has not been renovated yet. Entire staff was very personable, accommodating and friendly and went that extra mile!

That I could not stay longer.

They are in a major renovations phase, but this not tamper our stay.

1. The quality and quantities of the towels, was the best we had during our stay in various hotels. 2. The toiletries were also of fine natural quality. 3. They called and email in advance to communicate the lack of some facilities (eg tv) due to the cabling project/ renovations. We never switch on the tv in the various rooms we stayed at during our holiday. Hence for us it wasn’t a problem.

The location was convenient and it was pretty quiet, considering it was next to the freeway. The other side of the building might have been quieter. Really cool lobby and nice layout. Breakfast was good with adequate selection of cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juices and coffee. No fruit. Pretty close to a Costco. The deluxe king room layout was nice and the bed comfortable.

I would have given it a 10, except our floor hadn't been vacuumed.

We were traveling to watch my daughter play soccer for her college. This was a great location, we were never to far from anything. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was nice.

I did think it was a little odd that there was a group of men outside grilling and using the motels suit case cart to sit on and hold their food while everyone was in lawn chairs sitting around. But they didn't cause any harm. It still felt safe.

Large, quiet room with a super comfortable bed. Excellent price versus other comparable lodging in the area. The town of Billings has lodging with very low ratings at reasonable prices or better ratings with super high prices. Montana Trailhead Inn is the sweet spot in the middle—nice place at an average price.

Clogged bathtub drain. Rating would have been a 10 if we hadn’t had to stand in 4 inches of water while showering! In spite of this problem, overall we were happy with our room and would stay again.
