Liked the kitchenette, beds were very comfortable. Food Pantry stock was nice.

I did not like the fact you have to buy the dishes and flatware. It costed over 30.00 for plates cups and forks. I should have brought my own. Kinda petty for the price of the room.

The staff was super busy and doing the best they could do. Explained everything very clearly and smiled when I smiled at them. :) The room was very spacious and enjoyable. Nice big TV, plenty of room for 4 of us to move around in, nice kitchen area, large bathroom!

The cleaning of the room wasn't the greatest - their were hairs (like from the previous guests or maybe from the housecleaning staff?) in the bathtub (& I was planning to soak in a nice HOT bath, since there is no pool or hot tub) - found that kinda gross! Also there was a stain of some sort on one of the beddings, luckily we always travel with extra blankets! :) The price was the lowest around, but still pretty high.

Of any hotel I stayed at this one most felt like home...which I understand is their niche. Another thing I liked is the staff was nice and friendly.

It was too expensive, despite being one of the lowest priced hotels in Billings. So this isn't so much directed at MyPlace, hotel rates in general are too high in Billings and much of the country. Of course I realize we are in a period of high inflation right now unfortunately.

My place is excellent. The hotel smells clean as we entered the hotel door and way up to our room. Mostly I expected in a hotel is clean and spell good pillows, bed sheet and towels and it exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work MyPlace.

Just tiny bit that we can hear people next door talking as if they were in our room but that didn't really bother us. Otherwise My Place is excellent as the other review says.

The room was great, bathroom wonderful, beds perfect, dog walking area was awesome too

not enough parking. we had a vehicle with a trailer and barely managed to twist into 3 spots . you could really use some trailer parking

Motel was conveniently located right off the highway; the staff was nice and accommodated my request. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well (unusual for me when on the road).

The mirror on the door to the bathroom and the microwave desperately need cleaning as both had fingerprints and whatnot all over them; yet the rest of the room seemed very clean. Very poor coffee choice so I didn't even bother with "brand x".

Super welcoming and Thorough!!! Very clean rooms! Shower pressure and temp were great! Ice maker in our room and snacks down at the desk!!! Our room even had a comfy, oversized chair!!! We will definitely stay again

The only thing they could have done better, was to offer a real breakfast or real breakfast options since they charge for breakfast. They did have microwaveable breakfast sandwiches but it seems stupid to pay for a minimal continental breakfast.

The night clerk can't remember her name she is from New Jersey she is a wonderful employee she always makes our stay enjoyable we travel to Billings a couple times a year for shopping also when we travel to Missoula

I had no problems there we stay at my place a lot staff is always welcoming they never have a problem with our American Staffordshire terrier unlike other places we have stayed or try to stay
