The general manager, Lori, was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. She answered questions I had about the area and gave some great suggestions for what to do in the Black Hills.

The breakfast was disappointing and not what we expected. We found little to eat that was part of the breakfast offerings. Other food/drink was available to buy but more choices should be provided without having to buy food/drink to round out the meal.

Anthony & Rosa are just exceptional!!! THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO ACCOMMODATE US! There the reason we keep coming back to this location, they both should get a healthy raise! They work sooo hard! All staff are very friendly & care about guedt too! Shelia I'm sure I missed spelled her name but kudos to her as well she was exceptional too!

Some of the beds need to.be replaced, in some rooms sink was clogged & some had water pressure issues!

I liked staying here. No body bothered you at all but if you needed anything the staff was attentive and nice. There was an incident we over heard were there was a guy that tried grabbing at another Guest and the manager or staff not sure which he was but he addressed it right away and quickly and made sure the weirdo was gone. I was very happy w how he dealt w it.

There was alot of trash around the parking lot. The showers in the room operate oddly and are super small it's almost impossible not to let water escape the curtain and end up soaking the floor.

I liked the epicenter and the accommodations That I received for the money

I had an ajoining door and the other room kept knocking on it and trying to get in the room

The staff was great and friendly. There was a guy in particular that went above and beyond for us. I believe his name started with a “C”. He showed us our room and went in there to make sure it was clean for us. He was super friendly, got us extra pillows because my husband just had knee surgery that day. He is a wonderful, hard worker and was working several hours after he was suppose to get off. Those kind of people are hard to find now a days. He deserves a raise!

There was trash outside. But, there you could blame the customers’ at the motel. The guy that was so helpful to us last night was trying hard and busy and he apologized about it.

Nice clean room only problem is people were talking outside until 11pm that was the first night the second nigh we couldn't sleep someone was running around above us most of the night when I told the staff I was told it was large dogs why would they put large dogs on the 2nd floor?

Cheyenne was Amazing & Still is!!!! My Reservation didn't come thru the way I thought it was gonna Cheyenne helped resolve the situation & my stay has been Perfect!! The staff is Awesome
