This is the second tine we have stayed at this hotel. It was just as nice as the last time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The young lady who checked us in offered to help carry luggage up the stairs, as we were on the top floor and there isn't an elevator. When I discovered the refrigerator wasn't working, they took care of it right away. The pool was great too!

The only thing that would be helpful is to have an elevator for those that are on the 2nd floor, but the fact that they offer to help carry luggage is wonderful.

I thought the room was very clean. I loved the toiletries provided. I loved that the room had carpet. I appreciated all the towels. I thought it was a very comfortable room. I greatly appreciate that they allow dogs.

The bed was kind of hard. I wish there was a charging outlet for my phone on the other side of the bed instead of in the middle of the two beds. I didn't like that the pool was open until 11pm. It was really noisy when we checked in because the front desk is right next to the pool.

Easily accessible location off of I 15 . Not in the middle of town, but that's ok. Dillon is a small town so gas, restaurants, and University of Montana- Western are just a quick ride away. The rooms are very clean. The staff was super friendly. They sincerely greeted us all of the time. This simple gesture made us feel welcome and safe. The morning breakfast was a pleasant addition to our stay. When we return to Dillon, we will return to the Fairbridge Inn Express.

Great locations. They were very accommodating when we needed additional things for our room (towels, sheets, etc). They let us borrow the breakfast room to do a small birthday party for our son when the weather didn't cooperate to do it outside like originally planned.

The didn't come in and clean during our "stay over nights" which I get but coming in to replaces bathroom items and change garbages would have saved the hassle of requesting them. The shower curtains are too short and hang outside of the tub so it still gets water on the floor.

Location is convenient, near an off-ramp from the freeway but that brings noise and bad air. We asked for a room not backing onto the freeway. Breakfast was better than usual, with bran cereal and yoghurt among the extensive offerings. This was appreciated. The small cinnamon rolls, which appeared to be handmade, were not very tasty, however.

Did not care for the lack of elevators for visitors and certain elderly persons who cannot do stairs. (How does this meet ADA and other requirements for accessibility)? This issue should be considered when booking, to avoid problems. NOTE: There are rooms on the main floor, assuming that there is vacancy there. This is an older, reburbished hotel that still looks old in the lobby area. The rooms are more pleasant and modernized. The pillows (smaller squares) were all lumpy, presumably from over-washing and should be replaced. We wished there was a spare blanket in the room. The front desk provided one. The room airconditioner was powerful but even set at 70 brought chill and too much blowing, even with the fan set on LOW. We turned it off to fall asleep.

Not the most up to date decor style, but the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the friendly and helpful staff, and the comfortable bed made it a wonderful place to spend the night. Our room even had a mini kitchen.

No elevator is the only drawback. Will request a downstairs room next time. Also, be aware the alarm clock is activated by the push of a button, which we accidentally pushed- alarm went off unexpectedly at 6:00 am!

Breakfast was fine, location (near interstate - we were just travelling through) was good and yet not noisy. Staff were helpful - wanted to adjust the TV to play through HDMI, they gave me a different remote to do that.

hotel is "pet friendly", but someone, probably another guest had a couple of Labradoodles or Wheaton Terriers that went berzerk barking whenever someone walked by - could have done without that.

the Breakfast wasn’t very good. gravy for the biscuits was watery. The eggs were not good at all. I believe that they were just the powdered eggs sausage tasted like it had been reheated over and over again. The coffee was so weak. I thought I was drinking tea. They make a good effort, but I’d rather have less that is quality than just OK especially the coffee. I always like to have a good cup of coffee in the morning

We've stayed at another hotel in Dillon (Bea erhead Lodge) previously and had an awful stay - FairBridge was the complete opposite! Staff was amazing, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet and the breakfast was awesome! We will ALWAYS stay here in the future

Absolutely no complaints - our stay was perfect in every way

Breakfast was great and plentiful, we all had something we liked. Room was very dark and perfect for sleeping. And the front desk staff was wonderful.

Bunkbeds could have had a ladder to reach the top bunk. Also the room with the bunk beds was hot but after a long car ride, the kids didn't complain. Also, no elevator to get to the second floor, but that's minor issue unless you have a lot of luggage to lug up.
