The property was updated a few years back and is holding on the inside meaning the rooms beds still good, pillows good, towels getting ratty. Outside is extremely showing wear on paint, doors, dirty cement. No place to put dog poop or bags...used to supplythem? Breakfast good. Like this location it is quiet and safe. I think the long term people staying there trash it which is sad.

Dirty outside of rooms...hose down the spills or pee? A little maintenance and attention this property will stay intact. Peeling, chipping paint. Toilet showing rust under rim which means not properly cleaned

I read this used to be a Motel 6. The people that run this establishment should educate Motel 6 on how to properly clean and upkeep a room. Very clean and quiet. Andes mints, bottled water, and a welcome note were on the desk for my arrival. I traveled with a small dog and the only negative would be other irresponsible pet owners that don't pick up after their dog in the little grassy area. Otherwise, a great experience.

The room was clean and spacious. The room had blackout curtains and laminate flooring. The trilight lamps turned on with a touch. There were lots of plus near the beds for charging. Breakfast included nice, hot scrambled eggs and sausages as well as oatmeal, yogurt, waffles and breads. Our stay was good value.

Due to the recent snow, melt, freeze cycle, the parking lot was very icy. It was not safe to walk into town for a meal, although it was only 2-3 blocks. That is not the hotel's issue, just an challenge when traveling in the winter.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast they served in the morning had decent options(cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee). The staff was also very nice and accommodating, we were gonna arrive after their normal check out times but they made sure we had access to our room key.

It was a ways off of the freeway but that’s not a big deal at all, it was still easy to find.

the room was clean and large. looks like they are renovating the room. walls freshly painted. Had tv and WiFi. Had clean working restroom and clean linens. But for a one night stay it’s comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

Hardly any furniture. Just a bed and a small lamp. It was dark in the room . I had to turn on the tv and restroom light to be able to see in the room. plus a table with two chairs. The microwave was sitting on one of the chairs. It needs more lighting in the room and a refrigerator .

Front desk staff was kind. The rooms were large. The beds were okay. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

There was a little problem with cleanliness. Almost everything was just great. The lamps were dusty, the toilet by the bolts was dirty, and underneath the fixture in the tub needed to be cleaned. But, I could tell that for the most part, they are trying to get it done. I know they've been short- staffed, so that makes it hard.

We like the beaverhead very much as it fits well into our seasonal travel plans. We have been staying at this location for years. Started back when it was a Motel 6. You have much improved on it. next year I eat breakfast if the weather permits.

nothing really big. my wife likes to read in the evening but the new touch lamps (very nice) don't provide adequate light to read by. Also the air/heating units (worked fine) would make for much greater comfort if the units cycled on and off through a thermostat. had to get up an hour after shutting off the lights to turn the heat off. had to get up again later when we got cold to turn heat back on. maybe our unit was malfunctioning control wise. we were in room 103 we will see you again next spring on our way back from Yuma.

property was easy to access. staff at the desk was great and provided an excellent suggestion for dinner the heating unit was awesome!! warmed up the room in no time!

the rooms were “sparse”: - it would be nice to add a rug for our winter boots (I felt bad trapping in snow onto the newly renovated floors) - a dresser would be helpful to place items on so the table would be free for sitting at!

Check in was quick, painless and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean without any carpet, and comfortable beds. They did offer breakfast in the lobby but unfortunately we were unable to try it out. Easy access to the ice machine and a really nice walking area across the street.

No fridge in the room (I should read small print) and no hair dryer in the room (I did not call to see if one was available.)

Location was perfect. Visited Dillon. Visited the surrounding ghost towns and the distance was perfect

No place to hang towels. I made a make shift towel rack with a hanger. Bathroom towel holder on door was half there. No towel rack by sink
