The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

I could hear the people in the room next to me snoring and coughing. I did have a room that had an adjoining door so I don't know if this could have been why I could hear them The heater was also loud and when it kicked on and off it woke me up.

Good variety offered each morning for breakfast, good quality. We were pleasantly surprised that the executive king room included a kitchen.

Two things: 1- We felt the bathroom toilet was too low in height. It was hard on old knees to get down and get up. 2 - I didn't remember, when booking our 6 night stay, that I needed to book thru Wyndham/Rewards to have points add up! Sadly, I lost all those points.

The parking was nicely accessible, room was spacious, the desk and storage space was magnificent, the bathroom was very comfortable and well arranged, the breakfast was plentiful, delicious and filling, and every person on staff was friendly and helpful. Also, plentiful and conveniently located outlets!

The bed was a little hard for my personal taste, but that's more of a personal problem and not an issue with hospitality.

the property was in a very convenient location and breakfast was nice. were able to accommodate us for an 'extra' night when we changed our mind about when to leave.

it appears there is some upgrading going on , they had overbooked but did give us a supposed upgrade but although it was much larger (a suite) it was obviously not used much - the furniture was very old, amenities (coffee station, bathroom soaps etc, hide-abed linens) were not in kept stocked and had to be requested. there was no hot tub on site.

We were in 207. The toilet seat was not connected properly. The room darkening shade did not work properly. The lamp shades were all crooked which doesn't affect anything, just doesn't look professional. We had two conditioner and no shampoo.

Don’t think the room was finished . Room clean, but no wash clothes, only 2 hot cups, I pkt of creamer & sugar, toilet roll not put on holder, spray bottle cleaner left in bathroom , only 3 pkt decaf coffee. Room wasn’t completely checked over

It was a good value.

Only complaint, why wouldn't they wash the tables after people are done eating breakfast. That kept food full had plenty to eat, just didn't clean the tables after people got done eating.

Nice place ,clean ,good location, breakfast 15 out of 10 highly recommend ...chef Karen prepare us her specialty ,was so good...just ask for the red belly chikady ...you won't regret it....i go back next time for sure

Convenient location and price. Amenities were very good.

The laundry room and fitness were untidy and required better organization. They were functional but not appealing to use. A little maintenance and cleaning would make them a better asset to the hotel.

Breakfast good. Appeared to be a lot of channels for tv. We weren't there long enough to enjoy.

The phone line wasn't working properly. Reception couldn't hear us. The fan in bathroom did not wokrk.
