Room was clean/bed was comfortable/room size ok. Breakfast was good. Had a limited choice from menu, but was a good an adequate breakfast. You could add to your choices at an extra charge. Check in clerk was very helpful, friendly. Could tell he enjoyed his job.

The room was big enough to support an extra chair. the room had one chair. Would imagine most rooms are rented with 2 or more people. It is very uncomfortable to lay on a bed and watch TV especially if you are not going to bed, are fully dressed, your shoes on. It hard on the blanket not very sanitary.

The location of Ramada is very good. It is close to the capital, has free parking and is easily accessible to anywhere in Helena. The the staff that we met both at check in and check out made us feel welcome and like they were happy to have us stay with them. We found out at check out that the hotel is newly remodeled and it shows. The beds were comfortable and while the rooms are not huge they met our needs for a one night stay. There was complimentary breakfast from a limited menu at the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Overall, everything was great. The staff were kind, the breakfast was good, facilities were clean.

The main issue I had was someone was smoking marijuana on my floor. I know the staff can't really help that and that's why they're still getting a good review. I just hope they figured out who it was and charged them extra for doing that in a non-smoking facility. The doors didn't work sometimes when trying to get into the building, that could pose an issue for someone handicapped.

The staff was very friendly especially Rob. I loved the lagoon very cool paintings on the walls. It was unlike any hotel I've stayed at before in an interesting really neat vibe kind of way.

I didn't like the way they gave cheap coupons for the restaurant next door instead of complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was great delicious menu. The hotel was very cool but the breakfast situation was so limited. We were really disappointed.

The manager was awesome, so friendly and happy to help. The only time we ran into anything that was a little off was that one night the only way to have supper was to order and eat in the casino/lounge area. We ended up going elsewhere. Bonuses, lots of parking, easy access, full style complimentary breakfasts, on-site laundry facilities, conveniently located close to gas/convenience stores. I recommend the hotel and will most likely stay there again.

My online reservation confirmation was useless as it was not available when I arrived. Management did make accommodations however. It was disconcerting upon arrival when our room and beds were not available. the pool was over chlorinated.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. We had windows we could open to take in the fresh air. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. And we received a breakfast coupon that we were not expecting. Had a good size fridge. Good tasting coffee pods for coffee pot.

the windowsill area had not been cleaned and was coated with dust that i cleaned off as well as the window was really dirty.

The staff are very nice and helpful; the room is big and quiet; the location is in city center, so it is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers; the breakfast is delicious; the view from window is nice.

The rooms were big with a great fridge and separate freezer at the top, invaluable on a road trip. The beds were super comfy. The hotel provided vouchers for a free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. The lady at reception was very helpful.

The room was generally clean but the bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.
