Location was convenient, room was clean, condition of room and facility in general was new and pleasing decor. Maintained well.

I was in search of 1 nights accommodations with my dog. I searched for hotel via booking.com selecting “pet friendly” filter. I booked a room for 1 night. Upon checking in after 9 Hours of driving i was told there is a $75 pet fee. I told reception that I was not made aware of that upon reserving. “That’s because you booked through a 3rd party” and “yes, you can cancel your reservation but there will be no refund”. If a hotel benefits from additional business via a 3rd party’s booking service it must ensure all fees are communicated in the process. I asked for a compromise on the unexpected and uncommunicated fee and was told NO.

The rooms are so spacious. There is plenty of space for 4 people, though it was only my husband and myself on this trip. I love the fact they offer a sharing item space that had crockpots, etc. if needed. The lady at check-in offered the rewards program. At first, I said no thanks but sent my husband down to join after we saw the room. We are loyal rewards members with another hotel chain but will use this program as well. The bathroom was large, too! I'm a products person and usually my stuff is crammed together on the counter, but I had plenty of space to get ready.

There is nothing that I disliked

I have stayed at Candlewood suites many times in several locations I am always pleased with my stay. The rooms are very accommodating and make life much more convenient when traveling. I enjoy having a refrigerator and cooking facilities at my fingertips so I do not have to spend a whole lot of money eating out. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

I love the extended stay hotels because I enjoy cooking for my family so I can utilize that money for activities. You can borrow items such as crock pots, board games, soccer balls, and they also provide life vests for children in the pool area.

One thing I don’t enjoy about these properties are the induction stove tops, they are hard to use and scorch the pans easily.

This was a great hotel. I didn't realize I had booked a suite; it was exceptional. They had Dove body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion, etc. Such a relaxing shower. Also, the beds were fantastic. Very nice blankets and the pillows were amazing!!!!!!!

THE ONLY THING I didn't like was that there was no breakfast :(. It made my stay comfortable but sad

Clean and very comfortable. Great location too.

The towels looked beautiful but they were not soft-more like sandpaper. And the blow dryer was the cheapest model available and actually burned my hair! I’ll never leave my personal blow dryer at home.

I always love my stays here. Always clean, always feel right at home.

The shower curtains are awfully short. Curtain kept coming out of the shower making water go every where. Shower heads could use a good scrub to remove built up lime.

Modern & clean. Room was an actual suite with a separate bedroom. kitchen was great. Ton’s of space. Love the “convenience” store with free coffee & ice.

There was a small issue. There was a “sticky” spot in the middle of the room/carpet. There was a napkin with the word “sticky” on it that was put on the sticky spot. Not sure why this was never cleaned? Stayed there from a Friday thru Sunday.

I liked the full size fridge with kitchenette. The shower was amazing. Plenty of towels

Did not care for the pillows. The air was pretty stagnant.

I liked how new and clean the room and entire hotel was. It seems to be a relatively new hotel.

The staff at this hotel were less than helpful when I left something in my room and attempted to have it mailed to me. The employee actually said, "It would make more sense for you to buy a new one." I think that is my decision. Not surprisingly "they were unable to locate" the item I lost. I am betting that isn't true.
