Front desk stafff was so friendly and were able to accommodate an early check in. Housekeeping was great. The bedding felt really clean and smelled nice. Pillows were comfy and fluffy. The gym is very nice, with newer equipment and very clean. This is very close to the Liberty First Arena, so location was perfect for our trip.

The facility needs some updates, especially the pool area. The water was a bit cold despite being indoors and the water was not clean, there were paper fragments and other small trash and it had a very heavy chlorine smell. We never got our Hilton cookies so that was disappointing. 🥺

Location was just what we needed. continental breakfast was very good with great service, Comfortable bed. Wake up call really helped. Cookies & water were a nice touch.

Room could have had some brighter lighting, clock did not have the right time and unable to adjust, hair dryer not very warm, would like more counter space in bathroom - really narrow (but that is most places), pillows could could have been thicker - were a little to flat for me

We needed a room with grab bars and shower seat in the bathroom because of mobility issues. It was odd having this type of room on the upper floor in the middle of a hallway. Thought because of mobility issues and cautions for safety in hotel emergencies, a person needing this type of room would be on the first floor near an exit.

We don’t get out much, so I am happy that my daughter could enjoy a heated indoor pool. And I particularly appreciate that the tiny bottles of products have been done away with.

My daughter didn’t want to go home. 😉

Big and spacious rooms, location close to downtown was convenient for us. Free parking, pet friendly and the breakfast was very nice.

We could hear highway all night long. Carpeting in our room was vacuumed and smelled pleasant, however very stained. Needs replacing or else a professional steam clean.

Well maintained and lovely staff. Location was great, restaurant was good. Not to much on the variety and a little pricey for the items but great service and tastes good.

We just had a few problems with our room, no room service menu, air conditioning didn’t work well at all, plus is was very humid in our room which I suspect was from the pool below us. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work either so it was twice as humid after a shower. The staff did say we could move room but by that time is was after midnight so there just wasn’t any point by then. I hope the few minor things are addressed for future guests.

Friendly staff, cookies & water, Vida restaurant food & staff were excellent, clean vast entry, looks like a great place for large meetings/gatherings, quiet rooms & quiet location even tho it’s in a bustling traffic area of Omaha

Our room had popcorn on the floor (not from us) & stains in the carpet, toilet paper wouldn’t stay on (fixture broke out of wall) & furniture (desk) had damage. Room just needed some TLC fixes & housekeeping missed vacuuming & noticing the minor repairs it needed. Why is pool still closed?

The hotel desk person when I checked in, personally showed me where all the amenities were located. In the morning when I checked out, she was back again and just a warm and friendly along with her colleague. Lobby was very clean, my room appeared very clean, the bed was comfortable. In the morning I saw staff everywhere cleaning the hotel including the windows and the work out room. The work out room had great up-to-date equipment, plenty of clean towel, sanitation wipes and fresh water dispenser. There was plenty of self sanitizing items located around the hotel too. I did not eat breakfast, so can't comment.

the refrigerator in the room hummed, so I unplugged it. Fortunately I didn't have to use it.

The restaurant manager Sam was EXCELLENT. He was the only person working and coming from someone who works in the service industry, he did an amazing job and getting our food out to us at a good time and drinks were so yum! Highly recommend going to the restaurant and have him wait on you!!!! :)

They have THE best cookies behind the reception desk!! Lovely, friendly reception staff. The rooms were excellent.

The "restaurant" next door could be a lot better (not necessarily the hotels fault). I had spaghetti and meatballs and it looked like it came out of a can!!
