I like the 1 bedroom king suite we chose as there was a room separation with a door t so others could sleep if someone is an early riser. The A/C functioned well and kept the room in the 60s even though it was in the 90s outside. the beds were super comfortable. The TV was the standard cable driven method so none of the streaming service nonsense invading the world. It had a guide with the channels and done. No need to download new apps, etc. Staff for the most part was good. Upon arrival we had a person who looked like she would rather have been anywhere else but did not see her again the entire week so it was an anomaly.

There is a noise factor from the outside being off a main road that many locals apparently need to use for drag racing. Also, don't like the fact that there is no sectioned off area for smokers so we had to walk through clouds as we headed into the hotel every time.

It was in a perfect location. The staff was amazing, especially Sandy. That is the night auditor. She was completely awesome. Had to answer for every question I had I was traveling from Missouri and she completely understood why I was calling and asking. Many many questions she was patient with me and understanding, I would stay there again I will be traveling there again in the next couple months to go to your guises zoo and I will be booking with you guys again. I had an awesome experience thank you guys.

The only bad explains I had was the ice machine on floor eight was not working other than that it was great.

It has quite the space. We had celebrated my daughters birthday and didn’t expect to fit as many people in there as we thought it would. It was really good place! The jacuzzi and the pool was nice and a pretty good size as well! Breakfast was really good! Fresh and you can make your own type of waffles ! I loved that and my kids did too!

At the time they were doing construction inside so I didn’t like it a little bit at the moment. But I understood that they had to fix it. Parking I didn’t like. In my personal opinion if I’m staying and paying a good price I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for parking. So we had to walk a bit to our car on the street w/ free parking at the time and pack things up.

We stayed here to attend the Eagles concert. The location was great, within walking distance to the CHI Health Center Arena. For the most part, parking at the hotel was easy but on the night of the concert, the hotel parking lot was packed. I suspect a lot of people booked for that night to attend the concert. Construction was going on in the hotel lobby while we were there but they were still able to provide breakfast in one of the meeting rooms. I would definately stay here again.

Clean, safe, quiet, and easy to get to from I29. Excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again if we come back through Omaha.

The air conditioning in our room was really loud and the family suites do not have enough garbage cans or dishes for a big family.

My friend and I thought this place was excellent place to stay. Great location to CHI event center. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room 520 was beautiful, had 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen. Restaurants close by. Great hot and cold breakfast selection.

Showed up on a Thursday and the hot tub and pool was pretty dirty/stinky water. Felt as though the chemicals had been overlooked! Was definitely better come Friday and Saturday! Assuming you only check/maintain chemicals for weekend visitors?

Very good breakfast, great location for the CWS and the bottles of water available in the lobby was a very nice touch.

I don't think we ever had our bed linens refreshed during our 7 night stay.

The kindness of the cleaning staff . Room service for cleaning was very nice and as well understanding.

Lady at desk was a little rude to my significant other when asking for information, nothing was explained or given for our knowledge of the hotel.(what time breakfast…etc. )They have over 200+ rooms and little to no parking(had to pay 10 dollars to go looking for a spot that was not provided.)people were making their own parking spots and it was a little frustrating.especially, when wanting to explore but knowing there will be no parking when you arrive back to the hotel. Half of the tv stations did not work and very few stations to begin with.

The location! And the staff was so friendly! The breakfast was amazing and it was always clean. The pool and spa were wonderful too

Our room didn’t get cleaned during our stay. I understand being understaffed. But it would have been nice for once time to have it vacuumed and change sheets.
