The breakfasts provided were terrific! They were probably the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had in the United States (I have traveled throughout the country, and abroad). The staff member working the breakfast area (Toby) is absolutely outstanding. She is highly competent, very friendly and caring, and a definite asset to your organization. She perfectly represents what your standards for customer service are (or should be). I witnessed this not only in her interactions with my family, but with each and every person she encountered.

The clothes dryer was out-of-order. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but on this trip my family was doing some very dirty work, so we would have appreciated the clothes washing/drying facilities. It was not a large issue, however, and your staff provided excellent directions for our simple alternative.

Beds and linens were very comfortable. Finally a toilet that isn't for a small child! AC ran great on and off automatically as it should be.

Room only had straight back chairs. Not very comfortable. Fridge was old, but worked. Had to lift the edge to get it to close.

Hot tub and pool. The room was very clean and large. The TV was easy to operate with plenty of movies.

The phone in our room did not work but we did not know that. It resulted in some problems when we I was trying to reach my spouce who forgot his phone. I left a message at the front desk but it did not get to him.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Victoria at front desk extra helpful. Breakfast included had lots of good choices.

Clean, quiet and for a reasonable price compared to other possible hotels. The host was very efficient and helpful.

When trying to book I was given a higher price when talking to an agent than what I found myself online. I ended the booking with that agent and was able to do it myself.

This is the nicest place we have ever stayed at. It was extremely clean and the service of staff was excellent. The town was nice and there is a large selection of restaurants. Definitely will stay here if I am in the area.

The pool deck had bits if trash around the hot tub.

There was way too much chlorine in the swimming pool water. It was the first thing you smelled when you walked in.

Great location. Adequate parking for a trailer and the staff is always amazing.
