The breakfast was amazing! The beds were so comfortable! The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly! The location was okay and was close to anything that you would need. The air conditioner was on when we got there which we very much appreciated since it was hot that day.

The hotel could use some cosmetic updates and the ice machine could use some updating as well. Some of the breakfast tables were a little shaky and my juice spilled a little bit when my kids sat down.

Although one of the Room’s bathroom door was not able to close, and one room’s carpet was not clean, the staffs are welcoming , friendly, especially the young man at the check in. He’s very nice, helpful, and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent! Thank you!!! We enjoyed our stay…and we will definitely come back.

I liked the location. It was close to the freeway and attraction areas near Elko. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included was actually pretty good, lots of food options, hot breakfast, organized and clean.

The bed was a bit stiff, the spa looked dirty, and the outside needs potholes fixed.

Marisha at check in was great. They are undergoing major renovations, so will not complain about things that are or will be fixed. Would stay again.

Breakfast area was not clean. Floors had "stuff" on them that could have been swept or picked up. Food was sub par.

Beds and linens were very comfortable. Finally a toilet that isn't for a small child! AC ran great on and off automatically as it should be.

Room only had straight back chairs. Not very comfortable. Fridge was old, but worked. Had to lift the edge to get it to close.

Simple, location has easy sccess

Bathroom a little small Two of the exit doors would not completely shut so potential intruders could have easy access.

Had everything we needed for an overnight stay on our long road trip. Had laundry facilities available. Basic breakfast included

Close to the freeway. Several options for food close by. Clean, large room. Good breakfast options.

Nothing comes to mind

The breakfasts provided were terrific! They were probably the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had in the United States (I have traveled throughout the country, and abroad). The staff member working the breakfast area (Toby) is absolutely outstanding. She is highly competent, very friendly and caring, and a definite asset to your organization. She perfectly represents what your standards for customer service are (or should be). I witnessed this not only in her interactions with my family, but with each and every person she encountered.

The clothes dryer was out-of-order. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but on this trip my family was doing some very dirty work, so we would have appreciated the clothes washing/drying facilities. It was not a large issue, however, and your staff provided excellent directions for our simple alternative.

Hot tub and pool. The room was very clean and large. The TV was easy to operate with plenty of movies.

The phone in our room did not work but we did not know that. It resulted in some problems when we I was trying to reach my spouce who forgot his phone. I left a message at the front desk but it did not get to him.
