The fitness center had all the equipment needed for a thorough workout. The breakfast was good and open until 10:00. Check-in and check-out times were great! The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was not very friendly. Customer service at the front desk seemed to be bothered with having to help people. I messaged the hotel about being overcharged for my room and have not heard back. Booking.com gave me a total of

I was a little perturbed by the lady in reseption on my arrival. I booked with Booking.com and I had my booking receipt. But the receptionists insisted that I had booked 3 rooms for three nights and said I would have to pay for this booking even though my booking receipt clearly stated , one person, one room , 3 nights. It seemed to rectify its self after a day or so. But not a good start to my visit to Elko.

The breakfast was good . There were choices for breakfast. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to keep left overs. .

I thought there was a hot tub. There was only a pool. the hallways were very hot. Even though it was cold outside, We had an emergency and booking.com would not allow me to cancel a day without payijng for the night even though it was 48 hours ahead. Booking said I could send a message requesting this to the hotel and booking .com would not let me send the message. I talked to the manager and the manager agreed I could check out early without penalty but had no idea if booking.com would adcept this. I have not received a refund and will avoid using booking.com again.

The location and how convenient it was to check in and out of our room. The continental breakfast was amazing.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried sleeping on. It was as hard as a rock. I would stay here if you don't plan on sleeping! Our backs hurt all weekend after trying to sleep on their bed.

Breakfast hot and cold choices were excellent. Breakfast dinning area was clean and very accommodating. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

The only negative, but understandably so, was having to use paper plates and plastic utensils at the breakfast meal.

Breakfast was as expected, good. Pool was wonderful after a long day of travel. Appreciate accommodating the Football Team. Staff is fantastic at all hours. We arrived very late.

The price is high for the area

Room was clean. Facilities and decor were updated.

We saw the room on Booking.com and the photos showed a walk in shower. Based on this feature, we booked the room. When we checked in and proceeded to our room there was a bathtub instead of a walk in shower. We went back downstairs to the front desk and we were told all of those rooms were full and they couldn’t do anything about it. The attendant said it was booking.com’s fault for putting that photo/choice on the website knowing the shower type was not available. I wonder whether she was just laying blame with Booking.com and if it was the hotels fault that they gave our room away to someone else.

Proximity to stores and shopping.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. Pet area had artificial, not real grass and was too small. A/C unit didn’t adjust properly per thermostat setting and kept room too cold.

It was clean and the front desk attendant was very helpful and gave us a list of recommended restaurants. We had a handicap accessible room and I really liked the higher toilet!
