Really convenient location right off the freeway. Close to gas stations, shopping and the very cute downtown. Staff was incredibly friendly. They had free laundry so we were able to do a small load of clothes - washed and dried - so we didn't have so much to do when we arrived in Salt Lake City.

Required a car to get anywhere. There looks to be a strip mall under construction across the street, so this may not be a problem in the future.

The kitchenette area fully stocked, very convenient location close to shops and restaurants, the breakfast was fire! The BEST!!!

I didn’t like that they gave an adjacent room but they never made me aware of it. The room had a little smell, thankfully we stayed only one night.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very good, the place was comfortable and clean. The location was ok. Too close to the road so was a bit noisy. Bathroom needed a little work, but all in all, a good experience.

The location was too close to the freeway, could hear a lot of highway noise...maybe new windows?? The bathroom could use a little more maintenance. Grout around the showers???

The room was very nice. Very comfy bed, large fridge, microwave etc... Was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Overall I'd stay here again.

The only issue I had was the billing. I was billed more than what was quoted on booking.com. When I showed the front desk the issue, they were not very helpful. It wasn't until I got home and sent an email that it got resolved.

Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean. I love the Home 2 Suites concept for the rooms. I appreciate having a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher -- and the "real" plates and utensils that go with it.

I honestly can't find anything that I didn't like.

convenient location right off I80. Hotel is relatively new and very clean/well maintained. staff at check in was friendly and process was very quick.

I could hear the man in the next room snoring and the tv in the adjacent unit at 1am. Nothing that some background sound from my phone couldn’t drown out, but with a newer facility I would have expected better insulation between rooms. Not so bad that it would keep my from staying here again. this is the second time I have stayed here in the last year and the only complaint I could come up with.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and pool was good.

We found this hotel via Trip Advisor. We were disappointed to find out that it went to a third party and the rate we were given was much higher than if we had booked directly. We will never book a hotel via Trip Advisor again.

The staff was absolutely willing to be helpful at all times and all questions. Not one bad or negative interaction. Stayed for over ten days.

Shower Hot water was warm. Sinks got hot, never the showers.

Breakfast was good. Not exceptional because the food wasn't very hot but it was good. Loved the bacon!

The bed was not as comforting as I expected from a Hilton but it was okay.

Our room had everything we needed for a one night stay and being able to bring our pup made the Home2 Suites the perfect spot for us. Theresa at the front desk is so patient and kind. We’d stay again if we travel through Elko.

We liked everything.
