Exquisite detail to my room service order.

There was a large gathering of girls' dance teams or something similar. They were having some type of competition. Sometimes they were loud which was not the fault of the hotel at all. Seeing little girls in full make-up and costumes, though, I thought was creepy.

I did get a room that had a lakeside view, and it was a nice quite space that I got to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with every interaction that I had.

I asked for a lakeside view and was expecting to get the eastern part of Lake las Vegas from my room. Instead, I got the west end, which was a little more disappointing but still technically a lakeside view. Also the walk to the room from the parking garage was almost 10 minutes with how far it was. Even from the lobby, it was still a significant distance to travel with luggage. There should be a preference to which side of the lake you want to see.

paid extra for a Lake View room n when I open the Drapes I see the top of a white tent .. partial lake view off to the right and partial pool view off to the left …. very disappointed

Location, it was very peaceful with the lake and shops.

Wished there were more shops and gambling closer to the hotel.

The resort is beautiful (it used to be a Ritz) and the rooms are great, but be aware you will not be in Las Vegas. You will be about 30 - 40 minutes away from the Strip. This is also not a casino. So if that is all okay with you, then definitely book a stay here! Take long walks around the lake and walk to the little village of restaurants, ice cream shops, delis, beauty salons, and even a little grocery store with good coffee and prepared meals. The entire resort can be very romantic or very family-friendly, however you choose to make it.

We didn't have any complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful scenery. We arrived for a 4 day stay and ended up extending another day. Room was a good size with a view of the lake. The bathroom was great with a separate shower and soaking tub. We visited the restaurants and shops during the stay. Staff was friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely stay again.

The bed was way too firm for my husband and only slightly too firm for me. That's the only problem we encountered and that's not bad.

They didn’t tell us no cleaning service due to covid.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view we had was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved that the lights had a dimming effect. Also the bathtub was fabulous!!

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance and main lobby to check in. I wish there was a bit more signage. Also, you have to ask for towels because, due to covid restrictions, they don't flip the room until you check out. It's totally understandable, I would maybe put extra towels in the closet or in the bathroom.

Cost. Also, they charged me 2 twice for the room and resort fees. Have spent hours trying to get this resolved, very poor service. Each time at the property and on the phone they said they would resolve but still have not. Very frustrating and not worth the cost and trip. I have spent hours and still not resolved. I will have to do this through my CC company now because I don't think they can handle this level of service. So, I paid booking and Hilton.

The property self was beautiful. Great location, huge room.

The bathroom was not clean. Toothpaste all over the counters and fixtures. It wasn’t a little bit it was the entire bathroom counter. Didn’t notice it till I was getting ready for bed . Bath tub had dirt in it. Walls had scuff marks throughout bedroom area.
