The property spread our 2 rooms out completely across the hotel, even though I requested that they be near each other. Their solution was to come back next day between 12 & 4 to move to a different room. We had plans and would not be back at hotel by 4; however, the refused to hold the new room for us.

rooms were a little dated with some Brocken fixtures & there were not enough staff for check in or check out

-Check in experience some of the check in staff was not very helpful ( exception is Paulina , she was very friendly and empathetic) - as a guest your expected to pay an early check in fee yet one of our rooms available almost 2 hours late ( no compensation or apologies $ from your staff) luckily we are family and managed to get ready in time for our event in another venue. - the smell of sewage in our first room was our greeting and noticed light bulb missing ( this is being mentioned as an area of opportunity for your staff) - the Americano restaurant took one hour or more to bring our meals / maybe staff change again, no compensation or empathy for delays.

The location was great, rooms were clean, and there were some helpful staff. Overall, my family had a great experience.

After a long flight, we had a long wait to check in and then to have credit card issues. We offered to pay the difference in cash but was refused, causing us to rebook for a shorter time, which would have made us stranded for a week without accommodation. However, the following day, we met with the most helpful,professional, and courteous staff named FA (FARIDA),who helped us with the additional booking using cash as payment. Ms. Fa relieved us of the stress that we were experiencing. Thanks to her efficient service, we will stay again in the future.

The location and the comfort

The cleaning was poor and they didn’t offer even a coffee machine or a bottle of water in the room.

Very fun themed hotel with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Its like staying at a theme park for adults. Location is great on the strip. Right across from Bellagio. You can go to the rooftop bar and watch the fountain show straight from there. Rooms sizes are huge and we had a great view of the strip. Staff were good.

Be prepared for super expensive restaurants. It's disappointing that there weren't many/any plantbased options either. I didn't understand why the pool was closed. It was a nice warm day when we left and I would have liked to lounge by the pool while waiting for our flight.

It's extraordinary to stay in a hotel with a scaled-down Eiffel Tower embedded in it and a copy of the Arc de Triomphe right next door, in the centre of the Vegas Strip. The Paris is a place full of imagination, nods to French architecture, food, and culture...and full of opportunities to gamble too! It is a huge operation, just massive, but well organised for the thousands of people that must be staying at any one time.

I ate breakfast at the hotel and found it expensive and poor value (breakfast was not included in the room rate). US$24 for a moderate quality coffee and breakfast sandwich is unrewarding. And the resort fee was a surprise extra on top of the quoted room rate...it's always better to be aware of fees like these before booking.

Was a lovely place to stay in the middle of the strip. Comfortable beds and room. Being able to check in and out online saved a lot of time, but be warned if you want to check in before 3pm will need to pay an extra $25US. On reflection we should have done this as just after 3pm there was a huge queue at both the manual check and express check ins. Also be warned you need to use the same Credit Card as booking to be able to check in using Express Checkin - otherwise it won’t work and there is another queue. But rooms were quiet and got a good night’s sleep. The Duece Bus is just outside. The only team we really had any contact with was out front - people who helped with bags and taxis - and they were exceptional. Having a fridge in the room was great.

Pillows were not very comfortable and not having the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room. when advertising the room rate it would be good to have the all up room rate - including the resort fee otherwise can be a bit deceiving.

The location is great in the center of everything. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The walls are VERY thin though. Love the whole French theme and decor around the hotel. Staff was great, got us quickly checked in and out, held our luggage all day long before our flight back, and when our neighbors were throwing a very wild and loud party at 2am, we called the front desk and they promptly sent security up to shut down the party and allow us rest.

The casino area wasn’t very spacious, seemed very packed together. Restaurants and dining options weren’t that great, I’d prefer the hotel facilities and public spaces in general of some of the other hotels, but the rooms were amazing and Eiffel Tower viewing deck very romantic.

The location of Paris was great for getting around the strip. No need to go outside to access the monorail when we went to MGM Grand. The in-house FedEx store was very convenient and we were happy to find mini-golf in the building. Tasty food at Bobby's Burgers, Guy Savoy, and the Creperie. The room was comfortable and the view was incredible at night with the "Eiffel Tower" right outside our window.

The bathroom needed some hooks and towel rods. It was inconvenient not to have somewhere to hang things. The bed pillows were typical of hotels in general - become utterly flat during the night and make for a sore neck and a headache in the morning. The fridge in our room was not very cold. Disappointed the F1 construction ruined our view of the Bellagio fountains.
