I loved that the front desk staff were polite. This was our little honeymoon/hubby's birthday weekend and the staff made it an incredible experience. I loved that the location was right off the highway and convenient to get to. I absolutely adore boutique hotels because they make you feel at home. I called a few days earlier to inquire about the room and the woman who answered the phone had great customer service. When we arrived they had upgraded our room and made some finishing touches to the suite that fit the special moment. I would definitely go back.

The breakfast could have been a bit more seasoned. Everything else was great so this small thing did not hinder our stay.

Great location! The Garrison staff was first-rate. We had a slow-draining shower drain and the maintenance worker fixed it right away. The continental breakfast (which I usually don’t care for) was very good, with a variety of freshly baked muffins which were delicious. The facility was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable

I can’t think of anything that I and my family didn’t like about the Garrison and the staff.

Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. The property was very nicely decorated for Halloween and the decorations moved around during the night. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints what so ever. We even left a bag behind at checkout. The bag was found, we were given a call and the bag was shipped to us the same day.

I can't think of anything that would improve this stay. We would stay here again anytime. Very, very nice stay.

Nothing I can really think of, except For the price I would have like a hot breakfast included. But for the area it’s probably good value. First time staying in the general area

Very nice hotel, clean and very comfortable bed. I stayed another night than originally planned. Restaurant/bar onsite. Convenient to I-84. Stanziato's restaurant 30 secs by car was fantastic. Free parking.

Walk up rack rate was rather expensive, after shopping online I got the same room for a lot less for the 2nd nite.

Breakfast was very good. Loved having the fresh coffee always available.

The sheets were so rough we went out to buy blankets to sleep on. My wife was very uncomfortable with the corse sheets.

The location, it was easily accessible. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The pool was closed for maintenance. They had a hard time keeping up with the number of guest eating breakfast (ran out of milk, ran out of bagels) but they eventually refilled everything.

we loved the modernized look as soon as we walked in & how clean & maintained it is! I really like the front lobby, & I absolutely loved the room!

I can’t say there was much I didn’t like! it was great waking up in the morning to a view of the back courtyard and the super cool lounge area out there! my daughter loved watching the birds in the birdhouse!

I hate to say as it’s a great secret. Didn’t really experience the breakfast as I didn’t want to leave the dog in the room alone. The grounds were great for our early morning walks.

The tv needed to be re-sourced every time it was turned on. Annoying, but not enough to change rooms.

The staff was wonderful. The desk clerk when we check in was so sweet! I just love her, she was so fun to talk with. You could tell she loved her job. That says a lot about the hotel. The housekeepers on the second floor were also outstanding. Our room was perfect-clean as could be. Most of all they were so friendly. It was one of their birthday and I had just had mine and the other housekeepers was Sept. 1 so we were all Virgo. Kindred spirits (ha-ha). Breakfast was also perfect. Love this hotel!
