very Clean friendly Staff The room I stayed in was very big I love the two bathroom / shower situation Full size fridge raider and stove was definitely a plus the view was amazing. Hot tub in the room definitely added some spice. outside hot tub was amazing. One more thing I would definitely say was a plus they had a big shelf with a lot of DVD movies for people to borrow at no cost both Blu-ray and non-Blu-ray movies definitely a plus. The staff at the front desk was very knowledgeable on places to go things to do restaurants to visit

next time I visit, I would definitely ask for a room closer to the pool, or in the same building as the pool. Ice machine in the hallway would’ve been nice I had the family up vacationing so they built an ice machine in the refrigerator was not producing ice fast enough for us. that being said, I definitely loved my stay there, and would definitely go again.

Spacious airy apartment

Room very noisy, constant loud hum also Room too hot. Thermostat set at 55 but thermometer read 70’s. We questioned this and discovered our room was over the boiler house We arrived at 1630 we had to wait till 17.15 to gain access to our room. The staff member was not at all sympathetic, in fact his attitude was poor. It was his colleague who stepped in with compensation . would recommend future travellers do not stay in room 114 in the block near the swimming pool. Connecting door not soundproofed so talking from next door could be clearly heard

Location was good for the places we were visiting. The room was spacious, and came with lots of items to suit many needs. Pool area was great, cinema was a different experience for a hotel which we enjoyed and the hotel offers many daily activities for all to enjoy.

Wish check out was an hour later at 11am to give a little more time with the room/hotel before leaving. The room was a bit outdated in some areas and was not 100% clean (hand prints & smears on mirror, splatters on a few different walls throughout suite, dirty hairdryer), some mantinance needed for lose door knob to bathroom and stopper to tub needed to be played with a bit to keep water from leaving bath.

cleanliness and the staff are exceptional

that their were no dumpsters to take the trash down to when my trash bin was full I had to wait for the staff to come take it out in the morning and that my room had no ac or ceiling fans for the kids that were sleeping in the living room I did call front desk and immediately they sent us a couple fans which we were able to circulate the AC from the other rooms

Location is perfect , close to the city but far enough to be into nature and be calm. Room was huge and full kitchen was well stocked. Pools were perfect . Close to the cycle path and hiking trails. Staff was just awesome - the highlight of our USA northeast roadtrip!

There needs to be an EV charger for guest or at least accessible 120v plugs. Rooms could get updated furniture and removal of carpet.

Beautiful extremely well maintained property! our unit is beautiful with everything we could need full kitchen, jacuzzi in bedroom, walk in shower and balcony with a spectacular view! We stay at least 2-3 times a year it’s that special. Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and brand new jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor. can’t say enough 5 stars to Pollard Brook!

nothing to dislike here

The location is fantastic, quiet and picturesque. The room is spacious with a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, huge bathroom, large living room with fireplace, balcony, large fully equipped kitchen with big island. This is our second stay and we will definitely keep coming back to Pollard Brook. We love the location, the property including the gym, indoor/outdoor pools, and sauna. They were building a new outdoor hot tub when we were there. The grounds and property are immaculate and very well maintained, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about it. You will not be disappointed.

Loved the entire stay!

Great location for exploring the erea. The loft was big enough for a family, kithcen was well equipped. They provide towels at the gym and the swimming pool. Ski season was not on so enjoyed the peace an quiet. Lincoln a few minutes drive and had great restaurants and even a nice supermarket.

The place is a little outdated with the decor, and the indoor swimming pool was not ready after renovation. No dining options and no place to buy food on premises.

my father had a time share here when I was a child. It has always been great memories. I love the sound of stream on either side of property. Beautiful rooms with great view. The pool and hot tub options all year round. the location is perfect.

WiFi was a little tricky but expected… we are in the mountains. the actual property was perfect!

We stayed here for our wedding and it was nothing but perfect. We walked into our spacious suite with rose petals and swan folded towels on the bed. Our guests loved their rooms and the staff was super friendly. The outdoor hot tub fit our entire wedding party and then some! We were a little too loud so staff calmly warned us but absolutely no complaints!
