The room was comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel was in a convenient location near Manchester Airport, The Mall of New Hampshire, and several restaurants.

This isn't the hotel's fault, so it's not reflected in my score, but the hotel was ALSO host to youth sports teams and their families. These other guests were loud throughout the night, running around the halls, even playing floor hockey in the hallway outside our room. The staff member at the counter was doing an admirable job keeping things functional. We offered to buy him caffeine as we left for dinner.

The staff is very friendly. Ernesto was very friendly and helpful. So was Caitlin. They were both accommodating and understanding. Ernesto remembered our names and that goes a long way in customer service.

No daily housekeeping

Loved the staff and indoor pool. I needed it to continue physical therapy. The room had a handy cap toilet which is extremely comfortable.

There needed to be more outlets for my devices and the lighting could have been much better

Clean, quiet room - exactly what we needed while attending an event nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated the coffee available in the lobby!

This isn’t a negative, but rather a heads up for other travelers: due to staff shortages / Covid, some services aren’t available (cafe closed, limited housekeeping).

renovations meant no breakfast which was included in price of room. perhaps having a stand with pastries and fruit would have been nice.

pictures online show that there is a hot tub. that was the main reason why we booked there, but when we got there it wasn’t there at all. they had covered it and decommissioned it.

no meals were offered but the staff, Ernesto, was above and beyond helpful. He let us into the pool and gave me a mask once when I came down without one. Very personable.

I was disappointed to learn at check in that they didn't offer a continental breakfast so I could grab a quick bite before having to be at my orientation at 7:30 a.m. The original charge from the hotel was $280 but I did see it was reversed. The charge I saw from Booking.com was only $216. I hope it has stayed that way as I was quoted $216 from your website.

not too many good tv channels

Everything was great, room was clean and in great shape. Everything worked well in the room as well. Hallways were clean, and staff was very nice. Pool was clean as well.

Sadly the restaurant in the hotel was closed so we did not get to experience that, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
