I loved the shower, one of best I have experienced at a Hilton hotel. Loved the room darkening shade. Did not like the lack of a dresser in the room. I like to unpack, not live out of the suitcase. Would have liked a microwave in room. Room was large, so there was room for a dresser. They had hooks on the wall and no closet. Just a small space with hangers for clothes. Also no coffee pot in room. You had to go down and coffee at breakfast time. I like a pot in room for convenience in the morning. This was my first stay at a Tru Hilton. Not sure I would select this type of hotel again.

See above.

We stayed at the Tru hotel following a late night show we attended near by. The Tru hotel had one of the best price around town and is located nearby the highway, making it easily accessible. Plenty of parking and a great look had us happy with our choice

Rooms are a tad small but that is the basis of the Tru hotel setup. They are not excessively small but smaller than usual. Breakfast is available but is served quite early and ends early as well, so for folks coming in late like we did, we ended up missing breakfast sleeping in.

Sugar free options would be appreciated. For example, plain yogurt. Kodiak brand protein granola bars are low sugar and and 10 grams of protein in them. Mini muffins that are less like little cakes. Cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit toppings.

The price was higher than I would expect for a Tru. And I was charged for parking in an above ground lot that was mostly empty. I don't know of another hotel in Manchester that charges for parking! I haven't returned to stay again.

The hotel is centrally located and close to a number of good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and included all the amenities one would expect of this type of short-stay hotel. Coffee seemed to be available throughout the day, which is a nice touch.

Nothing significant. The store for snacks, etc. is expensive, and staff are nice but could be a little warmer. Breakfast is provided but might be a little fresher. That said I would still stay here again.

Only had coffee

Just to be somewhat picky: At the restaurant, we had an evening meal (outside which was pleasant). I had a "cheeseburger" which could easily be characterized as chintzy. The meat was fine, tasty even, but the single, thin slice of American cheese was essentially melted into nothing - like it didn't exist on the burger at all. Pretty cheap offering for a Hilton hotel of any stripe. I would have expected more.

Left too early for breakfast. Desk clerk gave us a takeway breakfast, which was nice. Hotel was very convenient to the restaurant where we ate dinner. We could have walked there, but that would have taken longer.

I was on the third floor and on the "good" side of the hotel, so I slept very well. My friends were on the first floor on the other side of the hotel and they said they could hear music playing late into the night.

There are so many fun things to do in the lobby including games puzzles and they even have a pool table. The entire staff from the host to even the facilities workers or super friendly always had a smile and said hi as you walk by. It's also a short walk from the river

There was absolutely nothing I disliked about this hotel it was absolutely amazing.

I'm a foodie, most lay-out hotel breakfast arrangements are sub-par in my general opinion. Staff was wonderful, rooms are perfect.

Hilton's upcharge for fast internet. That should be done away with. It was generally fast enough, but the difference is superfluous. Just offer fast net. Also, provide televisions that can be connected to computers easily. Everyone does it, make it easy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really clean, modern hotel right in the centre of Manchester and near to the river. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Good breakfast with quite a lot of variety. Free water machine. Quite good value for money. I really enjoyed Manchester too. The Millyard museum is fantastic, as is the Currier museum and the Frank Lloyd Wright houses tour. I found some good bars (Strange Brew Tavern was my favourite) and restaurants (Thai Food Connection). And there are lots of great walks to do in and around the city such as Stark Park, Dorrs Pond, Massabesic Lake and the rail trail.

--comfortable beds --helpful receptionist at front desk who was knowledgeable about the area --the pool table in the lobby --spacious, modern-feeling rooms --adequate electrical outlets for charging electronics

--soaps and shampoos were all in wall-mounted squeeze bottles that are difficult for a small child to operate --no swimming pool
